There seems to be NO way to fix this egregious error despite hours with Tech Non support. I can cancel but they have the fee for the entire year in their pocket. Do Not Recommend After much exploring I discovered the problem we had was caused by ROKU who collected the fees (for three years) but this year dropped us after a few months. There is NO recourse with roku, lots of convoluted suggestions but no help or way to contact them 🤨. DOGTV graciously will provide their wonderful channel for free for a year. Kudos to DOGTV !! -- Jan Halsey, 2025-07-21 ### **--- "You have to pay for it" I couldn’t even try the game cause you have to PAY not trying to be mean tho we were in the car and I just wanted a show for my puppy -- I try games for my puppy, 2025-07-19 ### *---- "Buffers a lot" I got this a few years back and my dog loves it. Until recently the live stream will buffer and my little one will be in silence all day. I have deleted the app, reset my WiFi, and my software is up to date, and still same issue. It’s not my WiFi because I can stream Netflix all day with no issues. I saw a review with my same issue and for the reasons described is the reason I didn’t contact customer service. Please update or fix or say you don’t have live stream anymore because I can find something that will actually work. Sorry not trying to be rude, I just feel so bad for my dog when i come home and it’s silent. -- Alexaland, 2025-07-19 ### *---- "Unstable Servers" When it works, it’s great. The problem is it rarely works. Their customer service team is a complete joke. They have no resolutions. The fact of the matter is their servers can’t handle the demand. The result is it buffers too often, and regularly just cuts off. Numerous chats with customer service and their tech team. They know it’s a problem, but they’ll try and talk around it with made up scenarios. They’ll gaslight you into thinking that it’s your Wi-Fi. Not the case. I use DogTV through my Apple TV no other issues with any of my other platforms just this one. This isn’t an isolated incident. I’ve had this app in 3 states, same ongoing problem. Like I said when it works, it’s great. My dog loves it. But their service is unreliable. They know it’s a problem. They don’t want to spend the money to fix it because they don’t have enough subscribers. They just spent a bunch of money upgrading the app creative, instead of upgrading their servers. They don’t know what they’re doing and honestly, it’s kind of embarrassing for them… -- gtfostfulmaongliykyk, 2025-07-08 ### ***-- "Live does not stay on" I paid for the year subscription and have really loved the app. I use it every day for my dogs whether I’m home or away. Loads of random videos with various sounds, colors, and people talking so it isn’t so silent for them. However, over the last month or so there has been constant issues with live feed cutting off during the day. No rhyme or reason. Any other video section can be on over 24hrs with no issues. Customer service tried to help by telling me to reset the app, clear cache from the app and Roku device. They wanted me to press all these random buttons on my Roku saying it was to clear cache, but when you look up via Roku how to do it, there’s no such thing as press this button 5x’s, this one 4x’s, etc etc. Live feed many times has said it’s not available like they are working on it or something. I have tried many days to use live feed thinking the glitch has to be gone by now….then come home and again, the app glitched and dog tv isn’t playing. -- Love_1313, 2025-06-19 ### *---- "App is messed up" Joined but it won’t let me login. None of the logins work. QR code doesn’t work, set password doesn’t work, restore purchase doesn’t work. Subscribe says I’m already subscribed! No email to reset password. They need to fix the app! -- kt4ever, 2025-06-02 ### *---- "Loved it at first. Now I can’t sign in." Won’t let me sign in and not sending the reset password link. I know the email is correct because it’s in my subscription list on my iPhone. -- muzikluvverr, 2025-05-28 ### *---- "Potential but vacuum bc?!" Came home to find my doggy shaking in the closet and a vid on screen (on loop) of a woman vacuuming. Canceled immediately. He was so scared. :( -- pznatti, 2025-03-05 ### *---- "DO NOT BUY😡" I THOUGHT THIS WAS AN COOL APP FOR DOGS BUT NO, ITS A RIP OFF TO GOT YOU TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY A SUBSCRIPTION. -- Nagasakian, 2025-03-01 [View all DOGTV reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## DOGTV In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | DOGTV -
