Get errors when selecting a category.

I’m disappointed

This app has such great potential. It allows products from Japan to reach consumers all around the world. But it has a many flaws. The app runs extremely slow, and randomly turns from English to Japanese. The shipping is outrageous. I wish they just had a standard amount for shipping instead of basing it on weight. (for example, standard shipping for all orders on Stylevana is 6$) they also do not have any promotions that allow free shipping if your purchase exceeds a certain amount. (for example, orders $50+ =free shipping) You should not have to pay the shipping from different sellers. Consumer shouldn’t have to buy directly from the sellers on DOKODEMO. DOKODEMO should be the third party between the sellers in the consumers. If DOKODEMO fixed these things I would happily buy from them, but until then I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.

Needs some tweaks

I’d love to be able to check out from one shop when my cart has items from different shops. I want to keep the items in the cart for the shops I’m not ready to check out yet, instead the cart combines all the items from all the shops and I either have to check out all items or delete items I’m not ready to check out yet. Also I’d like to be able to edit favorites, to move them up and down or group them in smaller folders and not to keep scrolling all the way to the bottom of list. And also to add in a button to click to specific page and not always have to scroll down to the bottom of each page and can only go to the next 1 or 2 page at a time. There also has to be page buttons at top and bottom of page. Thank you

I did not buy anything because it all in Japanese, I speak English and Spanish only.

Site doesn’t work!

Either you see “403 Forbidden” or you see that they have “heavy traffic” since October! What a waste!!

What Happened???

The app is not working! When trying to log in it gives me a message saying “403 Forbidden”! I juts ordered $200 worth of products and I have no way to check on my shipment! Someone please check what’s going on with this app and fix it, I need my products or my money back! There’s no customer service for this app which is ridiculous coming from a country that’s supposed to be all about “excellent service and pride in it!”. x[

Shiping is expensive

It’s just way to expensive 🙁

Beware of combined shipping fees

I am a first time user of this app. Bought 3 items about $32 USD. Shipping fees was about $7.50. My order was automatically put to combined shipping, which added extra $15.5 USD for combined shipping handling fees. I know DOKODEMO has to make some money off the customers, but they should be more transparent about this fees since I didn’t know about this fees until the very last step of payment.

Terrible customer service and product descriptions

We spent over $700 on two rice cookers, food, and other products from the application to use in the USA. First it took over 3 months to get the shipments. When they did arrive the food was past its shelf life and had expired. The rice cookers were not designed to run in the USA. After going back and forth with “customer no service" they said we were stuck with two rice cookers we CAN’T USE AND CAN’T SEND BACK. We have been told that they don’t take phone calls for customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Don’t use this app

If I have chance to pick 0 star, I will. I purchased some cosmetics from this website and disappeared due to transportation reason. I collaborated with them very well, after totally 3 month they told me I only can pick points. I didn’t get my money back and also they charge a lot for the service fee. DON’T USE THIS APP!
