## DokPro Description
Erstellen Sie mit DokPro in kürzester Zeit ein übersichtliches und qualitativ hochstehendes Protokoll auf ihrem Smartphone, Laptop oder Tablet. Versenden Sie dieses anschliessend als PDF per E-Mail an die vordefinierten Empfänger. Dank der Integration der Kamera können Sie beispielsweise Baumängel, Quittungen oder Whiteboards fotografieren und direkt dem entsprechenden Traktandum beilegen. Dies verhilft zu einem besseren Überblick. Formatierungen entfallen mit der App DokPro gänzlich, da Sie ihr Design aus diversen Vorlagen auswählen können.

VORBEREITUNG / TRAKTANDEN
Die Traktanden werden im Voraus festgelegt. Alle Teilnehmer sind informiert und können sich entsprechend vorbereiten.

STANDARDTHEMEN
Die Protokollvorlagen verfügen über Standardthemen, welche auf Wunsch ausgewählt werden können.

ERFASSEN DER TEILNEHMENDEN
Die Kontaktdaten der Teilnehmenden werden der Kontaktdatenbank entnommen, neue Kontakte können problemlos hinzugefügt werden.

TEXTEINGABE PER DIKTIERFUNKTION
Der Text kann per Diktierfunktion eingegeben werden, so entfällt das eintippen per Tastatur.

ORT, DATUM & ZEITPUNKT
Ort, Datum und Zeitpunkt werden mühelos erfasst, damit alle Teilnehmenden richtig informiert sind.

EINLADUNG TEILNEHMENDE
Der Versand der Einladungen erfolgt direkt aus der App an alle erfassten Teilnehmenden.

WÄHREND DER SITZUNG
Protokolleinträge sowie Fotodokumentationen können während der Sitzung mit der App erfasst und direkt im Protokoll eingefügt werden.

VERSAND PROTOKOLL
Das Protokoll wird im Anschluss direkt über die App im Pdf-Format an alle ausgewählten Empfänger versendet.

SUCHFUNKTION
Das Suchen nach Protokollen, Dokumenten oder Stichworten ist mühelos möglich.

VORLAGEN
Es steht eine grosse Auswahl verschiedener Vorlagen zu Verfügung. Damit entfällt die Formatierung und die Protokolle sind einheitlich.

LOGO IN VORLAGEN (Monatsabonnement)
Unter den Einstellungen können Sie ihr eigenes vordefiniertes Logo hinterlegen, welches danach auf Ihren Protokollen erscheint.

LOGO IN PROJEKTVORLAGE (Monatsabonnement)
Für jedes Projekt kann ein Logo definiert werden, welches auf dem Protokoll erscheinen soll.

EIGENE VORLAGEN UND PRÜFOBJEKTE (Premiumabonnement)
Es besteht die Möglichkeit eigene Protokollvorlagen sowie Prüfobjekte (nach individuellem Bedarf) zu erstellen. 

SPRACHEN
Fünf verschiedene Sprachen stehen zur Verfügung (de, en, fr, it, es).

Das Monatsabonnement kann in der App abonniert werden und hat eine Dauer von einem Monat. Die Zahlung wird Ihrem Apple ID-Konto bei der Kaufbestätigung in Rechnung gestellt. Das Abonnement wird automatisch verlängert, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt wird. Ihr Konto wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des laufenden Zeitraums für die Erneuerung belastet. Sie können Ihre Abonnements verwalten und kündigen, indem Sie nach dem Kauf Ihre App Store-Kontoeinstellungen aufrufen.
