I have sent them 4 emails to give my money back from a monthly subscription I don’t use and they do even answer me. WTF people? Close it if you can’t support it.

Huge scam, literally robbed me until I unsusbscribed
An amazing app for personal development
It can offer a wide variety of different lesson from different teachers. You learn not only through the exercise and the paradigm, but you can learn from the different perspectives from teachers. I love it. It is amazing.
Domestika took the money without delivering. Non-existent customer service
I bought an online course but Domestika never gave it to me in any of my Domestika accounts. So they got the money and disappeared. I sent a couple of emails to their supposed customer support only to be greeted with a poor automated message saying Domestika is doing everything they can and maybe I should revisit all steps. Long story short, 20 days later, still no answer from an actual Domestika employee , they took the money all right. thankfully it was just one course I purchased I would have lost much more had I bought all the courses I was interested in! Worst customer service ever.
Scam!
I woke up this morning to find that I had been charged for an annual subscription without my consent! I had never even signed up for a trial, just purchased individual courses. Stay away from Domestika!
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!
I purchased a course for €6.99 and after a month they charged me overnight and without my knowledge for an annual subscription of €87. Nowhere in the purchase conditions was membership of an annual subscription mentioned!! There is no customer service to ask for clarifications or information. There is no regulation for consulting the purchase conditions.
One of my favorites
I can honestly say that I am learning from my Domestika classes. It is like a fun school where you choose what you love to study and the teacher you prefer.
Very nice.
Good enough. I d prefer if there was English dubbing.
Need improvement
The courses are great but it is hard to follow coz the English subtitles are really bad.
