### *---- "Unexpected Annual Charge & Refund Difficulty"
I signed up for the Domestika Plus free trial intending only to explore the platform. I later discovered that my account was automatically converted into an annual subscription, resulting in a significant charge that I did not actively intend to authorize.

My usage of the service has been minimal. I only accessed the platform a few times during the trial period and have not used it since the subscription charge. Despite this, requesting a refund has been difficult.

After researching online, I found that many other users report the same experience: unexpected renewals after the trial period and refund requests being denied due to the “non-refundable subscription” policy. This pattern suggests a recurring issue affecting multiple customers.

While Domestika offers high-quality courses, the subscription renewal flow and refund handling process feel insufficiently transparent and customer-unfriendly. Clearer reminders, explicit renewal warnings, and more flexible refund considerations—especially for recent charges with little or no usage—would significantly improve trust.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Domestika Plus subscriptions without caution.

Don’t fall into their scam, never purchase anything from Domestika or else you will get scammed. Their are tons of issues even on FB they have a group for “Domestika scam” regarding for the annual plan refund as domestika is scamming and adding an annual plan to your purchases and even trial accounts, they will add it without you noticing. And if they truly value customers they solve it and refund the money back. Domestika should be down!

I cannot believe that a supposedly legit education website, Domestika, scams people from all over the world of their hard-earned money. It was so common that there was a dedicated Facebook page, DOMESTIKA SCAM, where victims shared the same unfortunate incident as what happened to me. My card was debited $50 for supposedly purchasing a Domestika Plus yearly subscription which I did not, of course.

I'm an enthusiast when it comes to online courses since 2016 and I explored other sites such as Udemy and skillshare. But when I learned about Domestika, I gave it a try(bought one and two courses), and then I became a monthly subscriber.  I really love this app but I hope you could have an english audio.
