Scammer app with no excuses - customer support doesn’t exist. BE CAREFUL GUYS- I signed for a trial period and misspelled my email. Was charged 115 year for the whole year. They signed me without me confirming my data, just used my Apple Pay. Asked them to give me access for my purchase which I confirm with my bank check but got stupid automatic reply hundreds times. Wish you worse Domestika!
Gostaria de fazer todos os cursos mas não tenho tempo.
TOTAMENTE SEM QUERER cadastrei-me aparentemente no Domestika Plus ao comprar um curso. Passou um mês de trial e cobraram-me 100€ (dinheiro que me faz MUITA diferença) e que nunca na vida o faria. O site não vale isso e não o aproveito para tal. Trata-se de xico-espertice a par dos sites de companhias aéreas que enganam os clientes com charadas. Agora recusam-se a a devolver o dinheiro. Muito cuidado com estes ratos que me devem 100€, que não é brincadeira nenhuma.
Por várias vezes descarreguei aulas para ver offline e não funcionavam, tive que ligar os dados móveis
I tried the 30-day trial but forgot to cancel and now they charged me 99€! I didn’t used it, didn’t enroll on courses and when I tried to ask for a refund there is no customer support!! I open a support ticket and they replied back with an automatic response. Shame on you Domestika!!!
I have bought courses that I was able to watch using the app last week and now you are forcing me to subscribe to doméstica plus, completely disregarding my profile and the courses I already bought!!! I can’t login, I can’t access my profile and nor can I watch the courses I already bought.. this is absolutely disgusting dark pattern from your part. I had doméstica on high regards, never again won’t be recommending you anymore nor buying - you’ve lost a repeat buyer.
So far I've bought 3 courses and I'm very happy with all of them. They're very well structure, the forum allows us to get to know other people taking these courses. For me they are a great source of Inspiration and I'm already thinking about other courses that will help me take steps further and succeed with my future goals. Keep op the great work!
