This company have shameful metods. From a free course or a single course that doesn’t cost a lot - they suddenly charge you 350 dollar and you are paying for the hole community. You don’t have to order that - they force you in to it. No refunds even if you are fast to alert them. Don’t download or order anything.

### *---- "Review Title: Very Disappointing Experience and Lack of Support"
I had a very disappointing experience with Domestika. I initially signed up for a free trial of the Domestika Plus subscription but was unaware that it would automatically renew for a full year. After being charged 993.15 SEK on July 31, 2024, I immediately contacted support, requesting a refund as I did not intend to continue the subscription and had not used any services since the charge.

Despite my request, I received no resolution and no refund. To make matters worse, the website has been consistently glitchy, preventing me from accessing any courses. When I try to use the mobile app, it shows that I do not have an active subscription, even though I’ve been charged for a full year.

Additionally, it’s impossible to find clear instructions on how to unsubscribe on the website, leaving me with no way to cancel the subscription independently. This lack of transparency and user-friendly options only adds to the frustration.

Domestika’s lack of responsiveness and technical issues have left me feeling frustrated. I had high hopes for the platform, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I would caution others to be mindful of their subscription policies and to not rely on their support for timely or effective assistance.

First of all, the visual aspect of the videos is really appealing (and I’m hard to please); the artist in this beautiful, peaceful setting (e.g. the introductions). This also goes for when the artist is showing still pictures or different techniques (that is, all the way through :)

The individual “chapters” of each course are SO my preferable length of being able to maintain both focus and creative energy. The courses I’ve done so far also make me feel a part of a creative community, both indirectly through the artists’ way of storytelling information, to being invited to get involved by sharing my own experiences and creations along the way.

I highly recommend you taking a Domestika course that appeals to you, you have to experience this yourself to get my point! :)
