I have reviewed your refund guidelines, and unfortunately, they were completely unhelpful in resolving my current issue.
As clearly demonstrated in my account activity, I barely accessed any courses during the free trial period. More egregiously, your company failed entirely to send any notification or reminder regarding the end of the free trial or the impending automatic renewal!
Given these circumstances, I demand a full refund for the recent charge! I believe this is an entirely reasonable request considering my minimal use of the service and your clear failure to provide the necessary notifications.
Your company's actions are nothing short of fraudulent! Charging users without their explicit consent and without fulfilling your notification obligations is unacceptable and a severe violation of my rights!
I have already sent three emails attempting to resolve this matter, and all I have received are dismissive canned responses. My last inquiry received absolutely no reply! Your company's handling of this situation is deeply disappointing and utterly unacceptable!
I demand that your company process my refund immediately and provide a clear explanation and apology for this egregious behavior. I refuse to receive any further generic, insincere canned responses! This issue must be handled by a dedicated representative, and the refund must be processed without further delay.
If your company continues to evade this issue or refuses my reasonable refund request, I will be forced to pursue all necessary legal avenues, including filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies, to protect my legal rights.

Many courses are good and well presented. The purpose is to introduce you to the topics, create a project and give you some info to go on with your own legs. It is not a college so be aware. You can also choose to buy single courses OR make a subscription. Remember to read well before clicking here and there. If phone is too small try PC browser. Domestika is very very nice.

the class is very useful, but i think the playing list and current playing video is not very friendly.

if add lesson1-1, 1-2, 1-3 on the video title would be much easier to check.

also if i play next video(for example, lesson 1-3) in the current playing(1-2), then i pause and go to other apps or website, there’s no way to get back to 1-3, or i have to note it by myself.

I wish it could have a video resolution control just like YouTube. Some courses have to see the UI very closely. Without high resolution it can be blur all the time when the internet is not ideal .
