This app advertise with low fees cost but I forgot to deactivate my subscription and it took away the real subscription fees and that is a big amount for a student like me. I wrote email to refund my money back Everyday but I didn’t get any response back. Using this type of ads is not cool and it is like a scamming app after all. I won’t recommend this app. Have some responsibility!

I just bought a small course. Somehow I accidentally activated the free trial that led to a $150 annual subscription. Most services would just refund if this was flagged. But Domestika did not make that easy. I still don’t get my refund. But I think this tactic should not be used for such big subscription fee. This ruined entire experience with Domestika.
It suddenly pop back to the log in screen after I press continue via Facebook
I cannot log in via Facebook so cannot use the course I purchased it.
I like Domestika but there are constant issues when I want to play the video full-screen. It has been going on for a long time and hasn’t been fixed. I prefer to use the website cause the app is not reliable enough.
This is a good platform to enhance your skills.
The fact that you don’t even have a proper channel for communicating a complaint about an accidental subscription and sending automated responses over and over again means you are scamming people. Improve your customer service, give your customers the respect they deserve and answer them properly.
The quality of the videos and courses are good. But they are mostly general and beginner. I’d like to find some advanced courses too
On my profile page and my course pages are blank. Only the Discover, Search, and Lists page are working. I cannot access my own courses on applications, only on the website. That’s frustrating!
