### *---- "Unexpected charge and no clear refund process"
I was charged ₴14,000 (~$380 USD) for a yearly subscription on Domestika that I did not intend to purchase. When I contacted customer support to request a refund, I was informed that refunds are not available for this type of subscription.
There was no clear indication of the refund policy before purchase, and the process to request a refund was confusing and unhelpful.
I do not recommend using this service unless you are certain you want a paid subscription, because the refund options are unclear and support did not resolve the issue.

Do not user this service because they have awful customer service, since they don’t offer refund for a yearly subscription. I was not aware of the subscription, and they charged me $199 for subscription I didn’t even want. Now they are telling they don’t give refund. BE AWARE! In 21st century to offer a service that cannot give refund it’s a scam.

I want to warn others about my experience with this company. I was charged for an annual subscription without my consent after signing up for a trial. Their policies are unclear and feel deliberately misleading, making it easy to fall into this trap.

Adding to the frustration, the quality of their courses is far below expectations and definitely not worth the cost. This experience has made me lose trust in companies with such practices.

I strongly recommend avoiding this service—don’t activate the trial. It’s not worth the risk or the disappointment.

I have an account that I’ve created in browser version of this platform. And I’ve been using it for some time via my laptop. Recently I’ve decided to try a mobile app, and it appears that I cannot log in into my account. I use a google account option to log in Domestika account via browser and there just isn’t such an option on the mobile app. Which means that the app is not usable for me, because I cannot access my courses. This is beyond stupid.

Domestika charged my card for 109,99 dollars for Plus Subscription, which I didn’t purchased ( so as their trial period. I bought couple courses before , that’s how they know number of my card) . And they even didn’t provide this service . They ignore all messages in their help centre and in social media . For 3 months I can’t get or money back or Subscription they stole money for . Don’t buy even a single course there , coz they will know your card number . I’ve talked to few their lectors and they agreed , that they also have troubles with those scammers and won’t work ever again with them .

У меня списали деньги, хотя я даже не покупала подписку plus и когда я хотела ее отменить и вернуть деньги мне написали что деньги не возвращаются. В App Store даже не числиться что я покупала какие то подписки от этого приложения. Просто взяли деньги и прислали чек, просто класс!!!!!!
