Takes your money, does not complete order

What happens if your app says ‘Network error’ when you’re ordering? Your money is taken, but your order is not processed. Don’t use the app. Good chance the pizza will never arrive.

Don’t waste your time

Delivery is super long. All their lines are not being answered by any outlet. It took 2 1/2 hours for my food to get to me. Food was cold as F

Unable to input unit number properly

After entering and saving the delivery address for future use, it saves normally but when selecting it for an order, the floor number of the address changes to “UNDEFINED”. This caused the restaurant to be unable to deliver the pizza to me. How did this get past testing?

App is smooth throughout but once checked out, the floor number is lost and the delivery person had to call. I didn’t pick up so it was delayed by a few hours.

No order confirmation. No email confirmation. Late delivery (1hr) with no updates. No contact details to contact support.

Missing unit number

Missing unit number, both in the app, as well as the confirmation email. I had to call the branch to make sure they got my unit number. I can’t believe this actually got pass testing it’s laughable.

Saw a lot of bad reviews on pizza not coming, unable to track delivery etc, but when I used it, it was ok

app doesn't even let me place an order with 1 eCoupon redemption and other ala carte items. it only allows me to place an order with 1 eCoupon redemption or ala carte items with no eCoupon. seems pretty illogical that I must place multiple orders to the same address and pay multiple delivery fee
