aoa last night I ordered a small pizza and fries for my son. when i come to home open the box and found fries are burned and hard. my son didn’t eat even no one eat burned fries. and pizza is also in bad taste. so what are you giving to customer? is this is your service?

Downloaded the app but deleted it instantly after reading all the comments.

Useless to order from this app, they take your order and never deliver, even after sending confirmation msg. Only excuse they come up with after 1 hour of waiting is, store cancelled your order and we will check with the store why they did so. Pathetic. They Don’t value our time.

Everyone ramps up their app. Coming back to Domino’s after being a loyal customer for many years, I was first a bit thrilled to see a new interface on iOS app. Placed an order at 8:32. 45 minutes passed, the order wasn’t confirmed. The man on phone gave me a number for branch rather contacting himself. The number was off. 15 minutes more into the oblivion, I have to shed some light on this waste of time Domino’s app by “Hilal*” brought me today. I am giving another 5 minutes to the branch to contact me. Update: No they did not.

Pathetic and poor service

Very unprofessional staff and specially the delivery guy. I ordered 1.5 hours ago but rider just pretended on the way and ended up with no idea where to come. Pwd branch

Pwd, islamabad branch don’t even have a professional who can manage their workers.I placed order 4 time in this week. I had to cancel because they couldn’t deliver on time. Tip for other people: never pay in advance always checkout through cash on delivery. And if you’re order is late don’t take anything from rider. Poor food Poor management Poor quality

Rubbish App and Cheap services never ever recommend 👎🏼

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Domino's Pizza. I placed an order that was canceled without any explanation, leaving me waiting for four hours with no food. Despite numerous complaints to both the head office and the local branch, no resolution was offered. This level of service is unacceptable, and it’s clear that their customer support is ineffective. I strongly advise others to consider this before ordering, as their response to issues is extremely disappointing.
