## Domino's Pizza Sri Lanka Reviews in Sri Lanka

### *---- "Payment always falis"
Cannot pay through the app and need to ask for refund which usually takes more than 3 days. Better to order through hotline.
-- CDSSGRU, 2026-01-20

### *---- "Oder and food not good"
Oder pizza take one hour also food is also has spoiled
-- NEO Solution, 2026-01-18

### *---- "Card Payment Failed, Money Deducted"
Don’t ever trust this app when checking out using an existing card payment method. I tried to place an order via the Domino’s Sri Lanka iOS app using my saved card. The payment failed, but the amount was still deducted from my account.

This is the third time this has happened to me. The last time, the refund took more than 10 days. Yesterday, I faced the same issue again and had to make another complaint.

Special notice: never place urgent orders using card payments through the app. If you don’t want to risk your money getting stuck, it’s better to use Cash on Delivery.

Also, you have to keep calling customer care and constantly follow up regarding the complaint to get the refund

### *---- "Domino’s Sri Lanka"
I’m very disappointed with the service from Domino’s Pizza Anuradhapura.

Domino’s clearly guarantees delivery within 30 minutes, but my recent delivery took well over 30 minutes. This defeats the whole purpose of choosing Domino’s.

What’s more frustrating is that in my last two orders within this week, my pizzas were delivered without chilli flakes, oregano seasoning packets, or even serviette papers. When I contacted the outlet asking for the seasoning, I was simply told that it was finished, which is not acceptable for a pizza brand of this standard.

As a customer, I expect basic items like seasoning and napkins to be provided, especially when ordering pizza. Overall, the service quality has been very poor, and this experience has made me lose trust in Domino’s Sri Lanka.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their delivery standards and customer service.

### *---- "Very poor customer service"
Keep canceling my order from moratauwa branch asking to put it from another brach where I am unable to select the branch as an option. Only thing I can add is the location which automatically selects the branch.
-- L.claw, 2025-09-30

### *---- "Don’t install this app."
This app is displaying wrong information and delivery statuses, which is really misleading customers. Worst pizza chain in Sri Lankan.
-- Rocketman404, 2025-09-25

### *---- "Free pizza reward still showing as charged"
I received a free pizza through the app’s reward system, but after adding it to my cart, the total still showed an extra charge for the free pizza. This creates an uncomfortable situation for customers. It would be great if these bugs could be fixed to make the reward system work smoothly.
-- ips_99, 2025-08-21

### *---- "Stupid update doesn’t let you add a card!"
Absolutely ridiculous! How do you mess up something as basic as the main payment flow? I can’t even add my card to pay, and when I try to switch to cash, it throws a ‘maximum attempts reached’ error. Seriously?! If I could give ZERO stars, I would in a heartbeat. Do you even test the app before pushing updates? This is beyond frustrating
-- Dee1o1, 2025-07-27

### **--- "14pro over heats when the app is opened"
My iphone 14pro starts over heating and drains battery rapidly while this domino app is open and running 😟
-- SanjanaR911, 2025-07-20

### ****- "App issue"
When using the dominos app, battery usage is way too high and the phone gets really hot.
Please check this and sort this issue.
