Domus One

This app doesn’t seem to work. Selmo thermostats work instead on the Comfort One app - the same as the old Domus One. (But no notice of this; we worked out by trial & error.) At least worked for our towel rail.

Only noticed yesterday that I can no longer control my radiator through the App. The radiator is in a holiday property away from home so it’s critical I know what’s going on and can turn it on and off as needed. I can’t log on (crashes each time I try to get in) and the radiator should have been off when we arrived at the property yesterday and instead it was fully on running its programme .. I have tried phoning Electric Heating Expert who I bought the heater from at nearly £500 but no answer .. This is a big problem for me as I need remote access. I May ask to su Ply send back the radiators - only fitted mid March after order placed in January.

Since the latest upgrade the app crashes every time I try to connect to my bathroom radiators, which means I have no control over them anymore and therefore render them useless. Please revert back to the previous version or put a hotfix live soon.

Wasnt great but after update commands dont send successfully resulting in heaters staying on and running up massive electric bills, great, thanks for messing it up!

Was bad. Now terrible. The upgrade has ‘forgotten’ my towel rail heater and now crashes when I try to connect with Bluetooth.

Would give no stars if I could

I changed the wifi network and now it won’t connect. I get the mongoose error when you try to email the password. The app was bad. Now it does not work which is only slightly less good than before.

Just stopped working, no longer can programme my radiators via the app.
