## Domus One Description
- Always manage room temperature regulation all around the house
- Set the temperatures of each operative mode
- Set the operative mode among those available on your thermostat
- Set a weekly schedule for each thermostat
- Turn on and off all functions of each thermostat
- Conveniently organize your thermostats into groups

Connect all your thermostats to your home Wi-Fi network: you’ll be able to effortlessly control them directly from the app anytime and anywhere, adding them to your personal account.

How do you configure a new thermostat?
- Once you have downloaded the app, make sure you are connected to the Internet and create your personal account by entering your email address and choose a password
- Start the configuration procedure directly from the app tapping on the [+ Add New Thermostat] key
- Follow the on-screen instructions carefully, step by step
- Connect the thermostat to your home Wi-Fi network
- Link the thermostat to your account through the thermostat QR code
- Give the thermostat a name and place it in a group and it will appear in your list of devices
- Now you have full control of the thermostat. Enjoy.

You can locally control all compatible thermostats like the One thermostat through the app:
- Tap on the [+ Add new thermostat] key and then on the “Bluetooth” tab to begin the search. Make sure that Location Services and Bluetooth are active
- Tap on any detected thermostat to give it a name
- The thermostat will be added to your list of thermostats and you’ll be able to control it when you’re in its proximity.

This app can be used with compatible Selmo thermostats. You will need a wireless network with Internet access to take advantage of the thermostat remote control functionality of the app.

This isn’t just awful this is beyond awful. Was this developed by a group of 5 year olds or does it just feel like it? Come on Domus One it’s time to up your game and make it a decent app.

Why the negative reviews? Perhaps the app doesn’t work on some electronics or isn’t compatible with everything but it’s perfect on my iPhone 13. Connected to my network it controls my heaters in two different addresses without any issues at all.

This app doesn’t seem to work. Selmo thermostats work instead on the Comfort One app - the same as the old Domus One. (But no notice of this; we worked out by trial & error.) At least worked for our towel rail.

Only noticed yesterday that I can no longer control my radiator through the App. The radiator is in a holiday property away from home so it’s critical I know what’s going on and can turn it on and off as needed. 
I can’t log on (crashes each time I try to get in) and the radiator should have been off when we arrived at the property yesterday and instead it was fully on running its programme .. 
I have tried phoning Electric Heating Expert who I bought the heater from at nearly £500 but no answer .. 
This is a big problem for me as I need remote access. I May ask to su
Ply send back the radiators - only fitted mid March after order placed in January.

Since the latest upgrade the app crashes every time I try to connect to my bathroom radiators, which means I have no control over them anymore and therefore render them useless. Please revert back to the previous version or put a hotfix live soon.
