App always on maintenance or not working
If… the app is working 80% of the time.. seriously, how is it 4.6 stars when most of the reviews are 1 star?

Poor experience at Blood Bank App
I have log in failure many times in the blood donation app, it always said network error issue n I make appointment or change appointment
App issues
1. Keep having to login twice every attempt of login. Which is not user friendly. 2. I tried booking appointments but when selecting time slots, I was brought to a black page, unable to proceed. Hard for me to book a slot.
Login Issue
Why everytime using the application I need to sign in instead of the system will auto remember the login once we have login at the first time? Secondly, everytime login via Singpass it always prompt the network error and I can’t even use the app. This issue happened not consistently and randomly. I have go through your version history mentioned that this issue has been fixed but I still encountered. A bit annoying when I want to see or check something.
Not robust enough
The app is ok and easy to navigate. The issue I have is almost every time I have to try at least twice to log in as a pop-up message appears saying that the internet connection cannot be established yet my internet is working fine. It goes also for using 5G. It is frustrating and having to use every time my SingPass to log I am concerned that I might be locked out for security reasons. Also, once I do manage to log in, and when I choose the appropriate donation type a white blank screen keeps appearing and there is no other way to come out of unless I swipe up and have to start all over again with the propbles explained above. My iPhone is up-to-date with the latest iOS version. Please look at this as a matter of priority. Thanks
Good experience
Staff explained and answered my questions until I was satisfied. Staff kept checking if I was ok and was very pleasant to talk to. They explained how the blood donation is done in Singapore. Helped me download the app and gave me free iron tablets and refreshments. Thanks

multiple logins from singpass required. unstable app. whoever u r paying to develop this app needs to get fired cos this is a persistent issue for a long time
