The issue I have is almost every time I have to try at least twice to log in as a pop-up message appears saying that the internet connection cannot be established yet my internet is working fine. It goes also for using 5G. It is frustrating and having to use every time my SingPass to log I am concerned that I might be locked out for security reasons. Also, once I do manage to log in, and when I choose the appropriate donation type a white blank screen keeps appearing and there is no other way to come out of unless I swipe up and have to start all over again with the propbles explained above. My iPhone is up-to-date with the latest iOS version. Please look at this as a matter of priority. There’s so much that needs to be improved. 1. There’s no Apple wallet support for the donor card. Meaning, every time you visit the bloodbank, you have to fumble with the app, login with Singpass (because the app logs you out automatically after just 15 minutes or so, see item 2 below) then you have to accept the T&C AGAIN. Waste of time, I’d rather bring my plastic card instead whereas it could be so easy. Double tap the Apple home button and there it is but alas. No dice. 2. As above, after just a short amount of time, the app forces you to login again. Why? It doesn’t make sense, it defies all logic and beats the purpose of building an app to begin with. 3. After login in, you have to accept the T&C AGAIN. Even if you have done so in the past. In combination with the frequent forced login, it is just cumbersome. Why is there not a checkbox “Do not show again on next login”? 4. I had moved house, so before booking (weeks before booking, not just hours or minutes) I had updated my address (via Singpass retrieval) to update my profile. So when I booked the appointment, it was done with my new and current address and contact details. When I arrived at the bloodbank however, my old contact details were in the system. What is the point of having my address details in the app, if they are not synced with the bloodbank data. It’s rather pointless to ask someone to save them to their profile if this date is obviously not used or directly updated to the bloodbank data! Conclusion, a rather basic app (more like a light website as I reluctantly would call it an app) for bookings only, and a very major improvement by proper developers is needed to make this a proper app. -- nsk1978, 2023-12-26 ### ***** "Great!"
