Hi I have been using app for over nearly I think 6 months loved it but know it’s not even doing any good songs with my lyrics the voices have gone really robotic and I hate to leave this here but I am confused what’s happened gave three stars due to this but gutted as I would have gone 5
Been great for 6 weeks - sadly genres no longer work and ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - the extra help section doesn’t work - cannot send and copying the email address and writing to them doesn’t get a response either
Avoid, avoid, avoid… Save your money and don’t pay for any subscription! There’s no one to address any issues. Since the latest update, songs stop at 29 seconds, and now they’re cutting off even earlier at 2:11! The voices are distorted, lacking any coherence or logic. I tried reaching out to them, but no response! It seems they either have serious issues or it’s just another scam to get you to pay for a year and leave you with nothing. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Need more songs
It used to work, but now it only generates really bad tunes that only last 29 seconds.
I used this app and it was perfect until now. You only get 29 seconds and instead of singing is fast singing that you can’t even understand it. Could you please sort this issue. Many thanks.
Was working fine for the first few weeks, although you have to make about 15 to 20 attempts before you get a track worth publishing. However, suddenly it’s started producing tracks only 29 seconds long, with super fast pace of voice and backing track, so basically terrible!!! There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to get help on this, I have updated the app but still the same. They have my annual subscription but I’m left with this pile of junk that doesn’t work, talk about feeling scammed! You might be better avoiding this app.
I got this app and was able to make some good songs all 2/3 minutes long and it also gave me a second version if I didn’t like the first. So I thought I’ll get the year and make more. That was a massive mistake as now it gives me horrible songs. ONLY 30 seconds long then cuts off?! What happened to how it was before. I’ve paid for the pro and it’s worse than the free trial. as far as I’m concerned, this is a scam until I see it be fixed.
On my song it keeps on saying it is made by suno.com and says don’t settle for fake get the official
It’s such a good app I can’t stop creating songs
