Most to do apps notify you once and hope for the best. You swipe it away, forget about it, and miss the deadline. DON'T FORGET is different. It's a to do app with escalating reminders that get more frequent and more urgent as your deadline approaches. The closer you are to missing something, the harder it is to ignore. Whether it's paying a bill, renewing your passport, returning a parcel, or picking up a prescription, DON'T FORGET makes sure it actually gets done. HOW IT WORKS 1. Type what you need to do 2. Set a deadline (today, tomorrow, this weekend, or a custom date) 3. Choose an intensity level that matches how important it is 4. The app handles the rest Reminders start gentle and increase in frequency as your deadline gets closer. Miss it? They intensify. Mark it done and they stop instantly. FOUR INTENSITY LEVELS Every task is different. A casual errand doesn't need the same urgency as a tax deadline. DON'T FORGET gives you four levels: • Chill: Gentle nudges, no pressure. Perfect for low priority tasks. • Focused: Steady reminders that keep you on track. • Aggressive: Frequent alerts that ramp up fast. For tasks you can't afford to miss. • Relentless: Non stop escalation until it's done. The app will not leave you alone. A grocery run might need Chill. Filing your tax return before it's due? That's Relentless. WIDGETS AND LIVE ACTIVITIES Home Screen widgets display your most urgent tasks at a glance without opening the app. Live Activities and Dynamic Island show a real time countdown on your Lock Screen for your most pressing deadline. When a task is due in minutes, you'll see it every time you pick up your phone. SHARED TO DO LISTS Create shared to do lists with family, flatmates, or your team. Everyone sees the same tasks and deadlines in real time. • Add tasks and everyone gets notified • Assign tasks so it's clear who's responsible • Track progress and see when tasks are completed • Keep personal and shared lists separate Whether it's a household chores list, a holiday packing list, or a work project, shared lists keep everyone accountable. SEND A TASK TO ANYONE Need someone to do something by a specific date? Send them a task with a deadline and intensity attached using a unique code. They get it straight in their app with escalating reminders. Track whether they've accepted it and when it's done. No more "I forgot you asked me." SYNC ACROSS ALL YOUR DEVICES Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Your to do list syncs securely across all your devices. Add a task on your phone, see it on your tablet instantly. Your data is encrypted and protected. SNOOZE AND QUIET HOURS Not the right moment? Snooze any reminder and choose when to be reminded again. Need uninterrupted sleep or focus time? Set quiet hours to pause all notifications. Reminders resume automatically so nothing is lost. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE DON'T FORGET works because it mirrors how urgency actually feels. A deadline next week is easy to push aside. A deadline in 10 minutes is impossible to ignore. People use DON'T FORGET for: • Bills and payments before they're overdue • Appointments, bookings, and reservations • Prescription pickups and medical follow ups • Parcel returns and refund deadlines • School events and permission slips • Household errands and shared chores • Work tasks and project deadlines • Anything with a date that matters WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING "I've tried every to do app. This is the only one that actually made me do things." "The escalating reminders are genius. By the time something is due, I've already done it." "Shared lists changed how our household runs." If your to do list is full of things you keep putting off, DON'T FORGET was built for you.
