It is IMPOSSIBLE to unsubscribe. There is nowhere to do so. You must go through email with a company called hussle which never talks to you. They only email directions which don’t work. This is the second time I’ve given this app a chance for a year. Big mistake!

Updates are not done in a timely manner so if you are looking to prepare a lesson and would like a transcript from the podcast it is not available. It is impossible to cancel. There is no clear information or way to cancel online. Still waiting for a response to my email requesting cancellation. Seem predatory in the way they handle their billing / cancellation. Very disappointed.

There isn’t an easy way to cancel your subscription. In fact, I haven’t found a way to cancel it yet. I dislike the app and the videos so I never use it but have paid for two years now.

I signed up for this app against my better judgement, but hoping for the best. I had such a hard time accessing the information that I ended up just going to YouTube and watching the videos there. I totally forgot I had paid for this app and so when I got the new charge I tried to contact someone several times to ask for help and a refund and I could never get anyone to respond to me. Do not sign up for this app, it does not work.

Be careful before putting your credit card information out there as they charge without warning and don’t have a way to unsubscribe on line.

I love Dave and Emily, but the annual subscription is done on a different website, they don’t remind you when they charge it and then make it difficult to cancel. It took me 30 minutes messing around with the website address to figure out how to cancel. And now it’s looking like they won’t refund the subscription even though I was just charged a few days ago and don’t plan to use it. Wouldn’t do it again.

For those of us who want to use some of the content or ideas for teaching others we need the content uploaded sooner.  Getting stuff the week after it was taught in seminary or Sunday school or family home evening doesn’t help us like it could.  Or even mid week is too late.
