I purchased this app on a whim since nighttime has been the worst for me lately as far as with anxiety and getting to sleep while having those racing thoughts. I purchased this app a month and a half ago and although I don't use it daily, I do use it fairly often. Every time I use it, I fall asleep like clockwork! Often it is within a few minutes. It even helped me last night from going into a full blown panic attack! This app is not like the hypnosis type apps (which I didn't want). If you're debating on purchasing this then GET IT! Well worth the money.
