I get notifications but then once clicked on it shows nothing! -- Ritchieonlaurina, 2024-11-16 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" Never have I been able to see a reward and my purchases never show either. So disappointing! -- TePe1234, 2024-08-16 ### *---- "Discourages customers" Sorry, but this app clearly does the opposite of what is intended. Stop telling me I have a reward when there is nothing. I think you need to get a new analytics team. Deleting. -- Al991234568493, 2024-08-01 ### *---- "Reliably crashes every time" One thing you can count on for this app is that it will crash! Seemingly when you are near a DK store 😂 So don’t bother about rewards points as it’s almost impossible to open the app and collect/claim them: -- Drrrrul, 2024-05-03 ### *---- "Useless" This app for Donut King is absolutely useless. Nothing shows up in rewards or history. To the developers, get your act together and fix the issues that everyone has complained about. -- RobinRedBreast7, 2024-04-29 ### *---- "You have earned a reward!" The app will randomly give a notification that “You have earned a reward!”. Then when you open the app there’s nothing. Just a blank reward page. -- NEK0M1M1, 2024-04-07 ### **--- "Deleted account didn't actually delete" Been using the app for two years. Always scanned. Name showed on cash till screen but no purchase EVER recorded in the app. So annoyed I decided to delete my account and start over by selecting "delete account". It turns out, the account is "removed" from the app, but the account is not deleted. There is a big difference to me. I tried to set up a new account because I thought I had deleted my old one but it recognised my phone number as soon as I tried to start over. Logged in to see if another way to "delete" and lo and behold... all my history. Good grief. -- Haly2003, 2024-04-01 ### *---- "Not deserve my time" The stuff at Fairfield shopping center don’t know how the app is working and they told me that just scan the barcode to get rewarded and it doesn’t work like that, the barcode for registration not getting rewarded as I bought two coffee and don’t get anything on the card bcos they should do it on the computer with mobile no. Or card number Bad service, bad service -- RamiChristian, 2024-03-14 ### *---- "App not working yet" This app should be removed from the marketplace it doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t log purchases and is now sending ongoing notifications when nothing in the app has changed. -- User1342, 2024-02-29 ### ***-- "Pretty Good App!" This app is pretty good, you can collect points on both cold and hot drinks (you earn hot and cold points separately not together). However I would like this app to add just 2 more features and it would be a 5/5. 1. We would really like apple wallet support! It makes getting to the loyalty card way easier rather then searching through a sea of apps. 2. I think we all would also appreciate a menu feature, just so we can browse and see all the drinks and donuts! Thanks! -- Waydebu, 2023-07-26 [View all Donut King reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Donut King Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Australia | Food Drink | #126 | ## Donut King Discovered Keywords - vibe boost - boost vibe - boost juice - muffin break rewards australia - muffin break - the coffee club - the coffee club rewards - dk rewards - doughnut king - donut king ## Apps Similar to Donut King - [Baskin-Robbins Australia](https://apptail.io/app/baskin-robbins-australia-BBm/australia) - [Boost Juice](https://apptail.io/app/boost-juice-aKI/australia) - [Chatime Australia](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-australia-bKI/australia) - [Muffin Mates by Muffin Break](https://apptail.io/app/muffin-mates-by-muffin-break-tuFb/australia) - [Cold Rock Ice Creamery](https://apptail.io/app/cold-rock-ice-creamery-uuFb/australia) - [San Churro EL SOCIAL](https://apptail.io/app/san-churro-el-social-yuFb/australia) - [Mad Mex](https://apptail.io/app/mad-mex-GgWd/australia) - [Oporto](https://apptail.io/app/oporto-IgWd/australia) - [Gelatissimo - Club Gelato](https://apptail.io/app/gelatissimo-club-gelato-afog/australia) - [Jamaica Blue](https://apptail.io/app/jamaica-blue-Bfog/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
