Dooly's Fish and Chips

Been having a lot of trouble with the app lately, go to pay for an order and it says network error and closes or crashed on me constantly -_- very frustrating!

Ordered food for the whole family around 5.15. Paid for including delivery charge, received confirmation that food would be delivered at c 18.25. When nothing arrived by 19.00 we tried ringing, several times- waste of time, they just ignore the phone. By now kids were starving so we called down, to be greeted by a man who ho treated it like it was our fault, pure ignorant. Only for I had the order on my phone still I would have been leaving empty handed , because “that machine hasn’t worked all day I don’t know how you got a confirmation”, you shouldn’t have” I was about to demand a refund but with hungry kids I thought better of it. Only for the helpful young girl who was pleasant preparing the food, I wanted to scream at the ignoramus managing the place. Left with our order, no apology and also without the delivery charge I paid online. Food was nice but I wouldn’t darken their door again after that- muppets.

Dooly’s is a great chipper, lovely food, friendly staff. Last few times I’ve tried to order using the app I’ve been told an error occurred and it crashes out at the checkout. Deleted and reinstalled app, tried using various networks with no luck.

Processing fee even for collection, not a hope.
