Makes no sense to be out here at -15 degrees… waiting & freezing for potentially nothing, people should not be wasting their time and life one this app. Or getting “good ratings” it makes no difference. i can’t wait to move on from this sad stage of life that unfortunately myself and others have to deal with. It’s sad no money to be made here, just scraps and garbage. Garbage employee or self employee (whatever people call this mess) service and support.

The ratings system is too one sided when it comes to customer rating dashers. Too much power is given to the customers to rate their experiences with a dasher who they never interacted with or even met when receiving their order. Dashers get penalized by customers for missing items or something that isn't right in their order especially when the order is in a sealed bag. How is a dasher suppose to know if a drink wasn't placed properly in a tray in the bag and then it goes on to spill or how does a dasher know that a dessert wasn't included in the bag if it's sealed? If a dasher opens a sealed bag, then the customer accuses them of tampering with their order and that is grounds for deactivation. With the new levels of dasher rewards, customer ratings is the most critical because one single bad customer rating can easily drop your ratings from platinum to gold or silver. Customers are quick to give poor ratings when their order arrives late or is missing items or it isn't handled properly which in most cases isn't entirely the dashers fault.I believe if customers can rate dashers, dashers should be allowed to rate their experiences with merchants and customers as well. Just as there are some terrible dashers, so there are terrible customers and merchants too.

Merchants are always late, 90% of time. Which makes customers rate you late. This negatively impacts ratings and you can’t do anything to improve it and can even be deactivated. You have to pay attention to your phone lots! Which is an issue with saftey when paying attention to the road! Always make sure you take pictures of your delivery!!!!! I’ve had folks rate me saying I’ve not delivered, when I have. Often the app will drop reception and force you to close the app in the middle of trying to confirm a delivery. This app will tell you are at the wrong address and then you are forced to waste time and fumble with app which can result in negative ratings. It logs you off and you lose your shift you have committed to.

All rubbish polices, no change.. people making bypass accounts.. all rubbish

Worst app to work for omg they don’t care about the drivers send you 4$ is that for you or gas they are legal scammers business don’t work for them please

It is the worst app Customer service is and always dishonest

In gig apps this is worst from all other apps dont use it

I don’t have a red card and i don’t want to do shop and pay but i still receiving these orders and this effects my rating there should be option to disable these types of orders
