## DoorDoc Description
DoorDoc is a fire-door inspection app for the people doing the inspecting — on site, in stairwells, in plant rooms, wherever the signal isn't.

Download a location before you leave. Work through every door with no connection at all. The moment you're back in range, everything you recorded uploads on its own.

WORKS WHERE YOU WORK

Signal is the first thing to go in a stairwell or a basement. DoorDoc doesn't depend on it. Locations you've downloaded are marked Available offline, and every edit, fault and photo is held on the device until there's a connection to upload it. Lose signal mid-inspection and you lose nothing.

A COMPLETE RECORD FOR EVERY DOOR

Capture what actually matters on a fire door: door ID and barcode, position in the building, fire rating and the evidence for it, door and frame materials, wall construction, vision panels and glazing, and ironmongery. Add a main photo of the door, and as many fault photos as the job needs.

GUIDED INSPECTIONS

Step through each component in turn — gaps, hinges, seals, signage, glass, door leaf, door closer, locks, ironmongery and frame. Mark each one Passed, Failed or N/A, choose faults from the standard list, and add notes or photos where they're needed. The overall door result is worked out for you.

BUILT FOR A DAY ON SITE

• Search your locations and doors as the list grows • See at a glance which locations are downloaded and which still have work waiting to upload • Add doors and locations while you're out, with no connection needed • Photos are compressed on the device, so uploading stays quick on poor signal • Pick up exactly where you left off if you get interrupted

FOR INSPECTION TEAMS

Account managers see every location for their company. Inspectors see the ones assigned to them. Everything recorded in the app feeds through to your DoorDoc portal for reporting and certification.

ACCOUNTS

DoorDoc is used by fire-door inspection companies and their teams. Accounts are set up by your account manager — you can't create one inside the app. If your company uses DoorDoc, ask them for your sign-in details.
