超爛！別下載了
藍芽配對配半天配不到 超爛
還是考慮別家的電子鎖吧
中國水準的電子鎖！ App裡面註冊的資料沒有辦法自己改名，無法管理資料。一直沒有改進，可見這家公司只顧銷售，售後服務一概不管！ 全部指紋註冊資料都是Unknow ,沒辦法命名。要刪除某人指紋也不知道是哪一個？問題存在超過一年最新版也沒解決。有管制人員進出需求的用戶向後轉，找別家的電子鎖吧！
爛到炸
見過最爛的app之一，而且還是一個將近兩萬的門鎖，當初為了安全選擇此品牌，現在後悔幹嘛找罪受不買小米就好，當初吹得天花亂墜有什麼功能，居然可以app改版後功能全取消，看來是錢付的不夠多。
缺少便利
無法跟apple watch連結，還要掏出手機才能藍芽開門
閃退
App會閃退，因此門鎖根本沒辦法和app連接，舉凡用手機開門，臨時密碼開門等等的智慧功能就完全沒辦法使用。
無法編集使用者別名
買到現在2週 都沒辦法編輯使用者別名 無法管理進出的控管 麻煩盡快處理😠
