Found items required, ordered in two colours, decided to just have one, took me ages trying to press edit button but eventually found swipe left to delete! Know I am old and not too savvy with tech. However maybe an idea to highlight this facility for old gits like me! Thank you

Easy use of website and products are great to view .

I’ve been using DP for years and have always been happy with the delivery/ returns policy. Today I’ve had to return 1 item as it was so unbelievably oversized. Nothing stated upon ordering that I would have to pay to return it… I’m disappointed and disgusted.

App is all good! But paying to return your items … DISGUSTING! Won’t be using Dorthy Perkins again!

Not a fan , I ordered something the app said the order didn’t go through to try again I did , this duplicated the order so I paid twice as well as twice next day delivery , to add insult to injury only one parcel turned up next day … the other a day later and to return it the unwanted second order I have to pay 1.99 … £9 wasted … and after all that the the items I ordered were absolute dish clothes . There was no way to cancel order , no customer service to speak too … customer service said via very slow message service to be patient and return items … I’d like a refund of next day charge as well as free returns but all I got was a rubbish answer lesson learnt all going back and NEVER AGAIN !

Hi I made an order through the website from safari apparently I didn’t receive any confirmation email and they ask me twice to put my bank details and try a different card I believe the money gone through from my account but I didn’t receive any confirmation email regarding my order .

Hard to do anything and freezes constantly. Just a nightmare to use. Followed the feedback and help link as I can’t download the returns label & it wasn’t mailed to me, and I’m just caught in a loop of being brought to the review page. I wanted the ‘help’ part of the feedback and help link. Even after leaving the review it just brings me back to this review trying to find help. Awful. Useless. Irritating. Don't use it.
