It is a free community based shark alert solution that allows beachgoers and authorities to immediately alert others to shark sightings or attacks in their area. Currently used by over 250,000 people, the Dorsal solution features reports from official channels, the public, Dorsal aerial surveillance partners and over 100 media outlets. Dorsal is now available in Australia, the USA and Hawaii. Key features: Choose from Australia, USA, Hawaii, Réunion Search your local area to see if there have been any shark sightings in the last 12 hours Search Around You, via Map or List view Submit your own sightings to warn others, including video and image uploading In addition to the free service, there is also a subscription service for $9.99/year that removes the in app ads and allows you to receive automatic push notifications of sightings within your GPS location or favourite locations. The amount will be charged to your iTunes account and may vary by country and you will see the total price before completing payment. To avoid renewal, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your subscription ends which you can do by turning off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings. Note: Dorsal app can track your location while in the background, so you can continue to use your iPhone for other tasks (Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life). Always check out the latest reports before going to the beach. -- trettts, 2022-02-23 ### ***** "Brilliant" Great app, rate it highly -- Fograma, 2022-02-18 ### ***** "Reliable and accurate." Great source of information on shark movements. Be educated and respect the ocean and yes even sharks. -- stevo muso, 2021-12-16 ### *---- "Good except for the ads!" I used this app for offshore paddling. It’s been Great but now I can’t open a sighting without an ad appearing. 5 x Palmer United ads in a row, I’m now done with this app. -- Wal 87, 2021-11-13 ### *---- "Ads everywhere" I understand the need to create revenue but the relentlessness of the ads is mind blowing. Every. Single. Time. You click on a report your highjacked by a full screen ad. It’s a greedy and obtrusive way to operate. -- Nickname taken 404, 2021-09-22 ### *---- "Ads!!!" Ads are just non stop every thing I press on an add pops up, Would not recommend -- 7755379347, 2021-09-13 [View all Dorsal Shark Reports reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Dorsal Shark Reports In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Dorsal Pro (Yearly) | $9.99 | ## Dorsal Shark Reports Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Australia | Sports | #50 | | Top Free | Denmark | Sports | #233 | ## Dorsal Shark Reports Discovered Keywords -
