## Dos Toros Reviews in United States

### **--- "Slow, glitchy app"
I just signed up today and it took 20 minutes to place my order in the app itself. It wouldn’t apply my initial sign up discount. Then when that took too long, I had to pick a new pickup time. And after all that, it couldn’t verify the pricing for 10 minutes? Feel like that should happen as soon as you pick your location when you begin ordering. I haven’t even been able to find the section of the app for Support if there’s one at all. This app needs a little help
-- 11Mess, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Hate the app"
The old app was better. Love their food, but the app is super annoying. Also it doesn’t tracks rewards properly and you will get jipped.
-- know use for a nickname, 2024-07-21

### *---- "Does not work. No credit"
This app is jot working for me. 2 times had lunch and received no rewaed credit. Ofcourse taqueria don’t know anything about app. I ask what do do and they say they dont know. I used one time fine and got $5 joining bonus. Then next time nothing. Next no credit also. It beeps like all i good.
-- Rafilicious, 2024-06-13

### *---- "Horrible App experience"
No accountability! Ordered through the app, and when my order didn’t arrive, the restaurant blamed it on the third party that they use for delivery. Such a poor customer service experience
-- Mr.Weed, 2024-06-12

### *---- "Why change it?!"
The previous version of this app was much more user friendly and didn’t cause to lose of on points.
This new version is terrible. Why separate the loyalty points and pay. Have to scan two different QR codes each time. Always leading to issues at the register and causing a back up.
-- Cheeks23, 2024-05-29

### ***** "Good simple app"
No bugs and good rewards, couldn’t ask for more.
-- ForfunJoBIN7, 2024-05-29

### ****- "Should still have impossible meat"
Not having plant based main course is bad
-- mikamarcovitz, 2024-04-29

### *---- "App issue"
The update made the app significantly more glitch-prone
-- apprecommenderfivestar, 2024-04-24

### *---- "Glitching"
The app was glitching for over an hour and would not process my order, then when I would re-start and re-enter my order, the reward I wanted to apply would go missing. After several failed attempts it finally worked. Found app to be not very user friendly and glitchy.
-- MichaelAlexanderRusso, 2024-04-16

### *---- "Glitch using ApplePay"
The app wasn’t processing my single order for pickup in the evening so I went into the restaurant to buy the burrito. I received the email promotion, showed it to the cashier who attempted to scan my qr code from the app, but both qrs were giving error messages at the cash wrap. The cashier thought she adjusted/overrode the price to meet the promotion but when I paid with my ApplePay, my receipt read: $15.23. I ended up being charged full price for my meal.
