## Dosette Description
Dosette helps you keep track of supplements and medicines — and understand whether the supplements you take appear to make a difference.
Log what you take, track how you feel, bring in selected Apple Health indicators, and use guided on/off experiments to compare patterns over time.

• Mark items as Taken or Skipped in seconds
• Set reminders for the times you normally take them
• Respond to reminders without opening the app
• Get warned before you’re likely to run out

GUIDED SUPPLEMENT EXPERIMENTS
Instead of relying on memory, Dosette can guide you through planned periods taking a supplement and planned periods off it.
Compare tracked outcomes across those phases to see whether anything appears to change.

Prescription medicines are not eligible for experiments. Dosette is not intended to tell you to stop or change prescribed medication.
