I didn’t know how badly I needed this app until I got it. I don’t think I’d feel so in control of my own health without it, it’s changed how I interact with my practitioners and also my expectations of them. Our relationship with our healthcare practitioners should be a partnership, having access to this info ensures that they view it that way too.

I am trying to register and add my address and the “continue” button is hidden. I am not able to click it. 
The address that the app auto filled is not the correct format for my city. It typed out southwest for my address when the correct format is SW

I just signed up.  My medical institutions have been added.  My records are in the process of getting uploaded (will likely take a few weeks for the slow hospitals and clinics to respond)

Since nothing has been added yet I can’t comment on how effective it is yet.  But I can say that my first impressions are 10/10.

I had some questions and the developer responded right away (like in 1 minute).  All questions were answered.  I am excited and hopeful for the the future of this app.

Canada is in desperate need in an app like this.  My wife is in the medical industry and I have had dozens of conversations about why Canada doesn’t evolve with the times.

First all I’d like to shoutout Daniel, for such amazing customer service and for fixing my problem view my records, with an hour he sent off an update for the app to accommodate my need, they files took a bit of time but I got 2/3 records within a month and the time is mostly from
The hospitals and clinics getting around to them.
