## doTERRA Essential Oils Guide Reviews in United States

### ***-- "App isn’t working"
The app isn’t loading or is partially loaded. Obviously some fixes need to be made. I haven’t been able to use it in over a month and I won’t continue to pay for it, especially if it’s not beneficial. Overall great app when it’s working.
-- Anony-mous-ness, 2025-01-19

### *---- "Premium Membership doesn’t work"
I paid for a premium membership on Sept 17,2023 and the premium features do not work and vendor has not responded to my emails. Don’t pay for the Premium Membership.
-- Barb loves oils, 2023-12-26

### *---- "Free gets you nothing"
I downloaded the app and didn’t pay for the subscription and it gives you no information what so ever. If you are looking for truly free information on essential oils, this is NOT the app for you.
-- cmcd111, 2023-10-02

### *---- "App stopped working"
Diffuser blend of the day stopped updating. No access to the other features like recipes, etc.

Reached out to customer support and got no response.
-- CJTH61, 2023-04-18

### *---- "Could be a good app idk"
This app won’t go pass the first 3 start up questions idk why
-- RE-37, 2023-04-12

### *---- "Don’t waste your money"
Everything pretty much stopped working as soon as I bought the subscription (yearly). I requested help and received no response. I really liked the idea behind the app, but it’s nothing but a disappointment. Don’t bother with this.
-- smkushida, 2022-06-09

### *---- "Do not invest your money in this"
Aside from the guide and recipes the app abruptly stopped working within a week of my payment of $39.99 (for the year). The search fields never worked nor the profile. Its intended idea was great, but don’t bother with it, stick to the brand website.
-- New To True Crime in Virginia, 2022-05-19

### ***** "Almost perfect!"
I’m loving the doTERRA Essential Oils Guide! It is the best one when it comes to blending essential oils.
-- Torey Zemlak, 2021-10-06

### ***** "Awesome essential oil app!"
I’ve been using this doTERRA Essential Oils Guide for awhile and it’s great but today it’s just loading a blank white page. I’m in an essential oil group and several people are having the same issue. PLEASE FIX.
-- محي الشيباني, 2021-10-06

### ***** "Less than 24 hours later it's a favorite"
I love this doTERRA Essential Oils Guide and I've only had it for less than a day. I only wish that there was a way for people to get in contact with each other so they could talk about oils as well as sharing blends. It would be a great way for people to share other oil information and teach newbies how to get started!
