DoTimely is everything you need to run your scheduling business from anywhere. Its a cloud based management tool that you can access from anywhere and on any device. The mobile app can be used by staff to do GPS location track for appointments and add notes and photos to the service reports. The app location tags the photos associated with the service. The clients are notified when the service is started and completed and can immediately view these reports. Staff can use the app to look up the information about the client and see any special notes that were added for the appointment. They have all the information that they need at their finger tips. Clients can use the application to manager their profile and request appointments. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. ## DoTimely Bookings Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple114/v4/4e/03/c5/4e03c58e-0972-9703-3564-4360e5bd539e/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple124/v4/72/6d/eb/726debfb-e366-6d34-971c-53d35a927714/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple114/v4/b2/f9/d0/b2f9d0bb-0a6c-a0a9-2d05-9070019bc0ca/pr_source.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple114/v4/61/bb/4d/61bb4daa-92ec-50d1-16ba-f8f49c3bcfae/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple114/v4/c2/fb/5a/c2fb5a20-9db9-1ae9-7a67-7c596ba9e71b/pr_source.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource114/v4/1d/22/43/1d2243c8-dd3e-6037-8438-531304cff0c6/e1b1a581-0ba8-4b39-a825-01814253cc47_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_11_Pro_Max_-_2021-01-31_at_10.12.10.png/1242x2688.png) ## DoTimely Bookings Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 4 (29%) - 4 stars: 2 (14%) - 3 stars: 1 (7%) - 2 stars: 1 (7%) - 1 stars: 6 (43%) ## DoTimely Bookings Reviews in United States ### ***** "This app is all you need" We have been using this app for our pet sitting business for about 3 years now. It has everything we need and even the ability to create custom fields. I honestly would have given it 3 stars when I first started using it. However, had I just gone through all of the readily available documentation on “how” to fully use it (instead of trying to just figure it out as I go) it would have been 4 stars. Why then, did I give it 5 stars? Because their customer service is phenomenal! I have sent so many questions, requests for updates etc. and they are ALWAYS responsive and have added several things to the development plan! Is it 100% bug free all the time, no. Almost all apps have a few bugs with updates. Do they fix bugs quickly when reported, YES! The fact that they provide support and even listen to users, goes a long way with me! I highly suggest googling their user manuals before you set up the app and begin using it. It will save you lots of time in the end. They also have customer facing user manuals for your clients. -- Natural born assasin, 2025-11-24 ### ***** "I like it" I have been using this app for seven or eight years now. At times I was frustrated with it. But as one other reviewer said the developers are very responsive, and the app has improved immensely over the years. I rely on it seven days a week along with four or five other people who work for me. It’s been a game changer for my business. -- csunnywest, 2025-06-06 ### *---- "Bad overall" Just a really bad app. -- Emilaylaylay, 2024-04-02 ### **--- "Bugs" Latest updated really made the app so buggy it literally never works smoothly anymore -- micheleannise, 2023-10-11 ### *---- "Updates are making it crash" It has potential, and it worked just fine before the updates. Please fix it. -- Lib49386, 2023-08-29 ### *---- "Downgrade from previous version" This app won’t let you open the pictures that are uploaded and cuts them off to a small size so you’re unable to view most of it. The layout is more difficult to read- too busy. -- djfifhhsjs, 2022-06-24 ### *---- "Threatened to deactivate after four days not using" After four days of not using the app, I received an email saying my account would be deactivated due to lack of use. I explained that it was not even a week, to which hey responded that their records show it was ten days of no use. People take time off, there are slow times. A business owner shouldn’t have to worry about their platform being shut off due to a very small slow period. Also, none of my clients could figure out how to even make an account. Continue looking. This isn’t the solution for your business needs. Trust me. -- hokigr, 2021-05-10 ### ****- "Much improved" I was completely unimpressed with the change from the older version to this revamp before. However, the developers have been very responsive and while the revamp does still have minor glitches, the developers are easy to reach and fix things promptly. I’m happy to use this app for my business and I hope to collaborate further to make it perfect! -- Wehyden, 2020-10-22 [View all DoTimely Bookings reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to DoTimely Bookings - [Maidily](https://apptail.io/app/maidily-jKT/united-states) - [ZenMaid](https://apptail.io/app/zenmaid-EOT/united-states) - [Corcoran Converse](https://apptail.io/app/corcoran-converse-Sjrb/united-states) - [BlackBerry Enterprise BRIDGE](https://apptail.io/app/blackberry-enterprise-bridge-GTKb/united-states) - [CBUS 311](https://apptail.io/app/cbus-311-LZUc/united-states) - [My Panda - Daily Task Helpers](https://apptail.io/app/my-panda-daily-task-helpers-fmVc/united-states) - [Picktime](https://apptail.io/app/picktime-ZKul/united-states) - [Cuddles Pet Tech](https://apptail.io/app/cuddles-pet-tech-QRpm/united-states) - [Petti: Pet Sitter Manager](https://apptail.io/app/petti-pet-sitter-manager-hiAo/united-states) - [The Club at 9 West](https://apptail.io/app/the-club-at-9-west-gZVq/united-states) ## DoTimely Bookings Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/united-kingdom) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/india) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/new-zealand) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/denmark) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/france) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/ireland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/japan) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/kazakhstan) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/mexico) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/norway) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/philippines) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/romania) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/singapore) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/taiwan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/vietnam) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/argentina) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/south-africa) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/azerbaijan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/dotimely-bookings-luwb/belarus) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
