One thing that stands out is one email address per couple. I live in an area where we have a lot of retirees moved move here and lots of times they only have one email address. Dotloop is not the most user-friendly application. I was a former Docusign and while there are things I truly love about Dotloop. Docusign has got it together better. I believe in 2015, so, that would make me an 11 year user of this program. I pay for it on my own. My broker does not pay for it. Over the past few years, especially since becoming a part of Zillow, the experience has gone downhill. It is frequently glitchy, difficult to log into from a cell phone, and Not as user-friendly as what it could be. You guys merged with Zillow so if you could do that “improvement” then you should be able to improve the operating system for the realtors… One can only hope.
