Dots. Memories: Photo & Video

I have already posted a review, but this is my 2nd one for an update! Please Add: • a ‘play’ icon in the corner so that people know a video is going to play instead of a photo. • FULL length caption, so we don’t have to click “more” on each caption longer than 2 words • a tab for only videos, scrolling similar to reels! THANK YOU! For those reading: you CAN now update a caption after posting a photo or video. The app does allow videos to be posted (I believe max 2 mins!)

I just downloaded the app and was trying to upload some photos to the album I had created but absolutely none of them would upload completely. They'd all get to 50% completion before stopping and not finishing the upload. I tried opening and closing the app, checked the internet (which is fine), and even uninstalled and reinstalled it and tried to upload a photo again but had the same issue with it getting stuck at 50%. I don't know if I'm the only person who is experiencing this but if there's something I'm doing wrong or someway to fix it, let me know.

Excellent App but how is it possible to get unlimited storage?

I’d like to request a refund. After scanning the QR code, it requires our guests to download the app. And the app requires to create sections/categories of the events (pre-wedding, ceremony, reception, etc). And the shared link via email doesn’t work. And the link on this app page to reach out to the creator is no longer active. I gave it 2 stars because the UI is pretty. Oh, and for some reason, it requires entering my birthday. Needless to say, I did NOT add a birthday and instead added a random day. Lastly, the IG ad says it’s free. It is NOT free.

I love this app so much! Me and my friends use it all the time. I do wish that you added the red notification bubble on the Home Screen when someone else adds to an album. Other than that the app is wonderful!

How I can erase a photo that I upload by error?

The add made it look easy. Whyyyy is there all this work involved no one will want to spend the time to do this, I’m not trying to be mean just honest. I wish you the best luck with this app. Honest feedback.

I got this app to help share photos with my co-parent and ex in laws but looks like I won’t be able to use it as there is no way to turn off the chat function. It is court ordered my children are not aloud to talk to their bio parent unless it’s through the approved parenting app. I do not like that you can’t turn off the chat option. This should be a easy fix for the app developer as a option for its users. I will rate it 5 stars once it has that option.

Nice idea, but it doesn’t work at all. Most photos people say they upload don’t even show up. Also the event albums should really have a no time limit option. I don’t want to have an album made for a wedding to have specific times and dates.

Hi! I had problems uploading pictures and I accidentally uploaded too many of same pictures. Then it wouldn’t let me do anything and said I had to update the level. I deleted my account and joined with a new email to start over but it’s still counting the old uploads and doesn’t let me upload anything. Please fix it I love this app I don’t want to look for alternatives🥲
