## Dots Memories Description
Dots: save your story in photos, videos and Dotbooks

There are memories that shouldn't get lost in an endless gallery.

Dots is the app to save, organize and share your story in photos and videos. From family memories to weddings, birthdays, trips, your partner, friends, pets or important moments, Dots helps you bring together what truly matters in one place.

And when you want to preserve that story forever, you can turn your memories into a Dotbook.

A Dotbook is much more than an album: it's a physical or digital book that combines photos, videos, voices, messages and meaningful memories. In the physical Dotbook, videos and messages can be relived through QR codes embedded in its pages. In the digital Dotbook, you can keep your story in PDF format and decide whether to print it later.

With Dots you can create two types of spaces:

Memories
Save and organize your life by stages: family, partner, children, friends, trips, pets or any special moment. Add photos, videos, texts and memories to build a private, shared and easy-to-relive story.

Events
Create shared albums for weddings, birthdays, celebrations and unique moments. Invite family, friends or guests so everyone can upload photos and videos in one place.

Physical Dotbook
Turn your best memories into a tangible, beautiful and long-lasting book. Each physical Dotbook can include printed photos, texts, dates, videos and voice messages accessible via QR to watch and listen to them again whenever you want.

Digital Dotbook
Create a digital version of your story, organized and ready to save, share or export as PDF. Ideal if you want to preserve your memories now and decide later if you want to print them.

Dots doesn't exist just to store images.

It exists so important stories don't disappear.

With Dots you can:
- Save photos and videos in a private and secure space
- Share memories with family, partner, friends or guests
- Create albums for weddings, birthdays and events
- Organize your story by stages and important moments
- Create a physical Dotbook with your best memories
- Create a digital Dotbook in PDF
- Add videos and voice messages via QR
- Relive memories through photos, videos, voices and messages
- Keep your story organized, accessible and shared

Photos remind you what a moment was like.
Videos take you back to it.
And Dotbook turns your story into something you can keep forever.

## Dots Memories Reviews in United States

### ***** "UPDATED review"
I have already posted a review, but this is my 2nd one for an update!

Please Add:
• a ‘play’ icon in the corner so that people know a video is going to play instead of a photo.
• FULL length caption, so we don’t have to click “more” on each caption longer than 2 words
• a tab for only videos, scrolling similar to reels!

THANK YOU!

For those reading: you CAN now update a caption after posting a photo or video. The app does allow videos to be posted (I believe max 2 mins!)
-- Shanchanel, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Won't Upload"
I just downloaded the app and was trying to upload some photos to the album I had created but absolutely none of them would upload completely. They'd all get to 50% completion before stopping and not finishing the upload. I tried opening and closing the app, checked the internet (which is fine), and even uninstalled and reinstalled it and tried to upload a photo again but had the same issue with it getting stuck at 50%. I don't know if I'm the only person who is experiencing this but if there's something I'm doing wrong or someway to fix it, let me know.
-- Weedlit, 2024-12-04

### ***** "Great App! Unlimited storage?"
Excellent App but how is it possible to get unlimited storage?
-- andresf40, 2024-11-03

### **--- "Not a great experience"
I’d like to request a refund. After scanning the QR code, it requires our guests to download the app. And the app requires to create sections/categories of the events (pre-wedding, ceremony, reception, etc). And the shared link via email doesn’t work. And the link on this app page to reach out to the creator is no longer active. I gave it 2 stars because the UI is pretty.

Oh, and for some reason, it requires entering my birthday. Needless to say, I did NOT add a birthday and instead added a random day.

Lastly, the IG ad says it’s free. It is NOT free.
-- Leo PowLow, 2024-10-20

### ****- "Please add notifications!"
I love this app so much! Me and my friends use it all the time. I do wish that you added the red notification bubble on the Home Screen when someone else adds to an album. Other than that the app is wonderful!
-- Audrey.H.777, 2024-09-30

### **--- "Photos"
How I can erase a photo that I upload by error?
-- WidalysM, 2024-09-18

### *---- "Unfortunately takes too long no one at a wedding or event in general would do this"
The add made it look easy. Whyyyy is there all this work involved no one will want to spend the time to do this, I’m not trying to be mean just honest. I wish you the best luck with this app. Honest feedback.
-- Syevans44, 2024-09-13

### ***-- "Great app but doesn’t need the chat option"
I got this app to help share photos with my co-parent and ex in laws but looks like I won’t be able to use it as there is no way to turn off the chat function. It is court ordered my children are not aloud to talk to their bio parent unless it’s through the approved parenting app. I do not like that you can’t turn off the chat option. This should be a easy fix for the app developer as a option for its users. I will rate it 5 stars once it has that option.
-- Brielle670, 2024-09-04

### **--- "No photos show up"
Nice idea, but it doesn’t work at all. Most photos people say they upload don’t even show up. Also the event albums should really have a no time limit option. I don’t want to have an album made for a wedding to have specific times and dates.
-- Sgt_Savvy, 2024-08-24

### ****- "Help"
Hi! I had problems uploading pictures and I accidentally uploaded too many of same pictures. Then it wouldn’t let me do anything and said I had to update the level. I deleted my account and joined with a new email to start over but it’s still counting the old uploads and doesn’t let me upload anything. Please fix it I love this app I don’t want to look for alternatives🥲
