## dotsure.co.za Description
The App for smart drivers

Get Smart Driver Rewards, coaching, and exclusive discounts. Keep score and monitor your driving habits, add and manage nominated drivers, and receive proactive accident assistance and support – all in the palm of your hand.

All these benefits fit in your pocket
*Access to the Smart Driver Rewards programme.
*Tips to improve driving behaviour.
*Smart Driver Tag for enhanced trip and impact detection.
*Rapid accident assistance and support.
*Automatic impact notification services.
*Real-time and historic trip details with on-map events.
*In-App claim submissions.
*Regular updates and improvements.

The App works smartly behind the scenes.
After accepting all relevant permissions when prompted, keep an active Bluetooth connection to the tag and network, and you're good to go. Easy.

The Smart Driver App is combined with a driver tag to track the key driver data elements and proactively detect impacts. Trips are automatically recorded and analysed to help improve driving behaviour, using a Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) connection to provide extended battery life.

The App uses trip data to dole out rewards. Trips are not recorded when there is no Bluetooth connection, or your phone's battery is depleted. That will mean no Smart Driver Rewards for you. Not the smart way to go.

Help in a tap.
Our 'Breakdown Call' feature means you get help where and when you need it by connecting you to Dotsure's emergency roadside assistance services. Our 'Report a Claim' feature helps you kickstart the claim process in 4 simple steps.

The App that rewards smart driving.
To unlock your Smart Driver Rewards, ensure that the Smart Driver Tag is linked to your Smart Driver App via in-app settings, practise smart driving, and watch the rewards pile up.

Happy, safe, and smart driving :)

## dotsure.co.za Reviews in South Africa

### *---- "Pathetic"
Says my account does not exist but I can log in on my PC via their website.
Why do these apps still appear in the App Store when they clearly don’t work.
-- JeffbWill, 2025-10-31

### *---- "Terrible development"
The log in itself does not work, your very first page is faulty. Your last update was a year ago. Clearly all the focus is on the webpage. Rather stick to the website. Change your developers and start from scratch.
-- mylan07, 2025-10-15

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
The app gives no option to sign up so, whats the use of having one 🙇🏻. Fill in all my details and it says account not found. You get a verification code and you fill it in then it asks for secondary verification code but it doesn’t send you one….
-- timojpeters, 2025-07-02

### *---- "Can’t Log in"
Can developers of this elaborate what wrong with this app, because it is not working at all.
-- Lexludah, 2025-06-20

### *---- "Can’t login"
I can log in on the website but when I try log in on the app with my cell and my email it says no account found. Is this a common problem?
-- JessDawson5546, 2025-06-12

### *---- "Worst pet insurance"
This insurance will take your money and not cover vital medical care. They word their policies to benefit them and not your pet.
-- Padryc, 2023-10-28
