Du musst dringend wohin? Schnapp dir ein Dott!
Schalte in der Dott-App einfach ein E-Bike oder einen E-Scooter frei und fahre ganz bequem an dein Ziel.
Und so geht’s:
1. Lade die Dott-App herunter
2. Suche auf der Karte in der App nach einem E-Scooter oder E-Bike in deiner Nähe
3. Scanne den QR-Code des Fahrzeugs, um es freizuschalten. Und schon kann es losgehen!
Unser Tipp: Hol dir einen Dott-Pass, um noch günstiger zu fahren. Oder zahle einfach pro Fahrt mit einer sicheren Zahlungsmethode deiner Wahl.

### *---- "Aufkaufen und nicht kümmern"
Ich bin gezwungen die App zu nutzen, weil Dott Tier übernommen hat  .   Bei Tier war ich lange Abonnent zu guten Konditionen & kein Entgegenkommen seitens Dott. Bisschen Schwach , aber gut . 
Aber eigentlich gehts um die Fahrten mit Tier Fahrzeugen , welche zu +60% nicht funktionieren & das aus diversen unnötigen gründen, Wahrscheinlich Softwareseitig …  
Also wenn man nicht an einen Platz mit mehr als 3 Fahrzeugen kommt , dann kann man sich die Fahrt gleich abschminken.

Seit der Übernahme ist Tier nur noch schlecht bzw. jetzt Dott. Unnötig teuer geblieben und dafür hängt die App nur. Macht mich aggressiv.

Noch nie so ein dummes System gesehen. Es gibt nur Guthaben in dem es entweder zu wenig oder zu viel ist und wenn man weniger als 2,50€ hat kann man den Roller erst recht nicht benutzen, das Geld kann man sich aber auch nicht auszahlen lassen. Außerdem gibt es eine 1,-€ Gebühr nur fürs starten und falls man für die nicht richtig geparkt hat kann man noch mal 5,-€ Blechen. Richtig dumm.

Keine richtige Abo Möglichkeit, man kann nicht reservieren, der Akkustand wird IMMER falsch angezeigt etc. etc.

Es werden auch Roller, welche nur noch 6km haben als “voll” angezeigt. Daraus erschließt sich, dass man anstatt mit 20 km/h mit 8-10km/h fährt und daher viel mehr bezahlen muss. Einem Freund von mir haben sie willkürlich eine 30€ Strafe für das Falschparken aufgedrückt (es wurde nicht falsch geparkt, ich war dabei). FINGER WEG!

Also das man erstens nicht ohne scannen ein roller starten kann ist schon mal eine sache. Das ich bei jeder region mir ein abo holen muss und mir immer am anfang von der fahrt schon 2,50 weg genommen wird ist nochmal was anderes. Fotos senden hat man echt keine lust wenn du ein langer kunde schon bist und das beenden ist immer ein 50/50 ding ob es funktioniert

Die schlechteste UX seit Appentwicklung . Und dann höhere Preise . Man kann den Kontaktieren Button nicht clicken weil dann immer die ScanFunktion ausgewählt wird und Freischaltungen schlagen andauernd fehl . Ihr müsst echte Programmierer ran lassen und bicht irgendwelche SkriptKiddo’s ich werd mal sehen, da fahr ich für das Geld lieber Uber
