Mon compte à été bloqué sans raison puis quand j’ai demandé des explication on me répond qu’il y’a un soupçon de fraude sur mon compte, et suite a l’analyse mon compte est « définitivement » (leur propos), bloqué. Alors qu’il n’y a aucune fraude que je paye et utilise l’abonnement depuis plus d’un an.

TIER forced us to use dott and DOTT app is buggy and all the passes are extremely expensive and you can’t use the credit you had on the other app. 

We are forced to scan the code (always damaged) take a picture after parking the scooter. You can’t stop the scooter or start it remotely like with TIER it’s a big downgrade

Heb de step al 2 keer in brussel kunnen gebruiken zonder probleem. Momenteel in Rome en heb ff dringend een step nodig, vragen ze opeens mijn id-gegevens? Ik doe dit en dan opeens kloppen ze niet??? Pardon? Dat is toxh niet te geloven? Heb dan in de plaats een dure taxi mogen betalen. In de taxi direct de app verwijderd. Een beetje mijn tijd en geld verdoen, amai.

Aucun des agents n’a compris ma requête,
Premièrement, je n’ai plus utilisé Dott depuis plus d’un an. 
Je prends une trottinette, je m’assis pour manger devant la trottinette et elle se lock toute seule. 
Des frais de 10 € me sont automatiquement facturés. 
Comme ça fait plus d’un an, j’ai oublié que si on utilise pas la trottinette pendant un moment elle se lock. 
Alors que je devais utiliser la même trottinette pour terminer ma route. 

Et on me dit comme ce n’est pas la première fois que vous avez eu ce souci, vous ne serez pas remboursé, c’est n’importe quoi.
