Bike shown as full. Once started, changed to empty, had to stop and couldn’t end ride for 30+ minutes! Help never responded, opened dispute with PayPal

J’ai ratée un bus alors que j’avais 30min d’avance juste car il y a nul pars où garée votre trottinette. J’ai fais 6 parking différent avant de tomber sur un qui était acceptée

pas de SAV, Mettent des amendes sans raison

On m’a coupé mon trajet en plein milieu et prélevé 15€ en plus du prix du trajet, quand on essaye de contacter le SAV déjà on se prend chat bot automatique et en plus il nous met en contact avec personne!!! Bien déçu de la fiabilité du produit alors que j’étais un client régulier

Très bonne application et bon service, en revanche les limitations à 8km/h sont assez frustrantes surtout sur de grandes zones limitées. Je pense que votre prédécesseur avait une appréciation plus juste de nos besoins.

J’ai utilisé cette application jusqu’à ce qu’elle bug. Puis un jour, en contactant le service client, j’ai appris que mon compte avait été banni mais personne pour me dire pourquoi. Pourtant je suis une utilisatrice occasionnelle et ne fait rien de fou avec ma trottinette. Je signalais même les dégradations sur les appareils. Maintenant, tier a été racheté ou supprimé de ma ville à cause de dott et je n’ai aucune alternative. Il m’est impossible d’utiliser mon compte. Je ne recommande pas en tant que femme de se baser sur cette solution pour rentrer chez soi le soir car vous risqueriez de subir le même sort.

Je ne mets jamais d'avis mais je suis très déçu n'étais un utilisateur de Tier mais à Lyon ils ont fissioné avec l'appli Dott. Je n'avais jamais eu de souci en 3 ans avec Tier et là sur Dott en 1 semaine j'ai raté 2 trains et faillit rater un examen parce qu'un message d'erreur s'affiche et je ne peux déverrouiller aucune trottinette alors que mon mode de paiement est bon puisque j'ai déjà réussi à en prendre une avec.
