## Dott (voorheen TIER) Description
Moet je ergens zijn? Pak een Dott!
Ontgrendel een e-bike of step in de Dott-app, rijd naar je bestemming en doe wat je moet doen. Zo simpel is het. 
Zo werkt het:
1. Download de Dott-app
2. Check de kaart in de app om een step of e-bike in de buurt te vinden
3. Scan de QR-code van het voertuig om het te ontgrendelen en ga eropuit!
Tip: pak een Dott-pass voor voordeligere ritten, of betaal per rit met jouw favoriete veilige betaalmethode.

Waarom Dott?
Dott is de makkelijkste manier om je veilig en efficiënt door de stad te verplaatsen. Sla de pendeldrukte over en rijd heerlijk in de buitenlucht. Rijd soepel de files voorbij en kom op tijd op je bestemming – voor een fractie van de kosten van een taxi of deelauto.
Onze steppen en e-bikes zijn 24/7 beschikbaar om vlotter dan ooit door je stad te rijden! Ze worden regelmatig binnengebracht voor onderhoud en zijn uitgerust met alle nieuwste veiligheidsfuncties. En dankzij de vlotte elektrische versnelling rijd je zo met onze voertuigen weg.

When you are making a rebranding, it’s cool to announce that. Arrived to the parking area, discovered the tier is now dott. Download it with my mobile data, merge with tier account? Not working. Make a new account - the code never arrives. In 10 minutes 5 codes arrived one by one, and now I see a mistake “something went wrong, contact us”. Trying to contact, the stupid bot never allows to talk to a person. Thank you. Never using this again.

Hoewel je bijna altijd teruggave van de rit krijgt, zijn de fietsen bij mij meer dan de helft van de tijd kapot. Variërend van geen (werkende) lamp, kapotte ketting en een accu die niet werkt zoals aangegeven. Meerdere keren bezweet en te laat daardoor op bestemming gekomen. Het is altijd de vraag of je een goed werkende fiets hebt. Maar als hij het doet, is het ideaal.

Echt serieus, sinds dat dott tier overnam heb ik en hoor het van meerdere mensen dat het een en al gezeik is. Staat dat er meerdere fietsen in de buurt staat, staan ze allemaal rood omdat ze issues hebben. Nou dan heb je eindelijk een fiets wat je denkt dat die het doet en wil je fietsen en is die of na 5 minuten leeg of je fiets harder dan 17km p uur dan staat die weer op rood en werkt het niet. Misschien moeten jullie het beter doen want ik ga deze fiets niet meer gebruiken als die weer doet zoals tier het deed. Toedels🤏

A few points:
- We cannot reserve bikes 10 minutes in advance anymore,

- The upkeep of the bikes is disastrous. Most bikes have battery left for 7/8 kms

-  Some of the bikes do not go above 18 km/h no matter how hard you bike. This one I HATE the most, because you do not know if this is the case until you unlock the bike, by which point they already take €2.00 from you. Then you need to find another bike and that is going to cost you a lot more time or you can bike your journey with an astonishing max of 18 km/h and pay them 1,5x more money then you would have needed to pay had the bike been going with 25 km/h as was the case with TIER.

Slechte fietsen in Utrecht. Geen onderhoud. Harde banden (je stuitert door de stad) en je kan de fietsen niet reserveren. Dus onderweg naar je fiets is die ineens pleitten: was een ander je voor.

Echter kon niet stallen omdat er teveel plaatsen bezet waren. De app dwingt een andere parkeerplek te zoeken wat niet gaat met een lege accu. Bouw een navigatie in de app met keuze naar dichterbij aanwezige dott plaatsen.

Kort verhaal: Gebruik het niet ze schrijven teveel geld af en hebben alleen maar bijna lege scooters zodat je slomer rijdt en zo meer betaald.
Lang verhaal: Ze hebben te veel geld van mijn rekening afgeschreven dan het daadwerkelijke bedrag van alle ritten. Ik heb contact met ze opgenomen, ze legde de situatie zo uit: we hebben meer geld afgeschreven van uw rekening, omdat de eerste transactie niet lukt. DIT KLOPT DUS NIET. De eerste transactie lukte wel, het bedrag is wel afgeschreven. Ze weigeren het bedrag terug te betalen. Daarnaast heb ik nog nooit ergens een volle step gevonden, alleen maar bijna lege steps, die dus ook een stuk slomer gaan.

### *---- "A very expensive and well designed trap to fine you"
First, very expensive sharing bike, 5km ride easily gets to 6-7 euros if you don’t rush through all red rights.
Second, they know where you are, but never info or warn you about parking zone. Instead waiting for you to fall the trap and fine you 10 euros, as if that’s the real business model.
The high rate here, I don’t know if it was bought. But the bad rate is difficult to submit. This is my second attempt after my awful experience. This is my first and last ride with Dott.
