To get started:
1. Download the Dott app
2. Check the in-app map to find a nearby e-scooter or e-bike
3. Scan the vehicle’s QR code to unlock it, and you’re off!

The experience was terrible. While scooters were parked everywhere, I was required to park only in specific marked spots to end my ride—which made no sense. I had to walk back and forth taking pictures just to cancel it properly. The ride itself was awful: even though the scooter said it had a full battery, it kept stopping mid-ride like it was out of power. While riding, the app didn’t show any other nearby scooters, which made it even more frustrating. To make matters worse, my wife couldn’t even get started—she wasn’t able to sign in or use the app at all. Overall, the service was full of restrictions, unreliable, and way too expensive for the experience we got.

### *---- "Absolutely horrible never use it"
This is the most disgustingly expensive thing ever, they don’t tell you where you can drive and not, then fine you ungodly amounts of money when you go to certain places, the app actually tracks you literally, invasion of privacy. These should literally be illegal. Like not even joking stay away from them never use them, they say 1€ to unlock yet when you unlock it instantly charges you 2.5€ so it’s actually 2.5€ to unlock, which is false advertisement I guess. I could say much more but I don’t want to waste my breath and finger movements for this app, I recommend everyone to stay away. 0 stars if it was possible to do so
