Это ужасно! Почти весь город находится в зоне, где нельзя оставить самокат. Если кто-то оставил самокат в этой запрещенной зоне, а я потом увидела и решила им воспользоваться, то штраф 25 евро приходит мне! За что? Покупала акционные две поездки по 20 минут за пять евро, в итоге сняли с меня 5 евро за 10минутную поездку по этому купону и еще 10 евро. Никуда не годится. К тому же почти все самокаты недоступны, когда я пытаюсь к ним подключиться, но стоит кому-то другому попробовать и самокат становится доступным. Потраченные нервы и деньги.

However, a month ago i got randomly banned (can’t use any of my payments methods even the new ones) for nothing and without any explanation given. From that moment i can’t use Dott and still haven’t got any explanation why. I was trying to contact support, but they are just ignoring me.
