Shockingly bad. Scooters are all either broken or have no battery, scooters that show as high battery on the app actually have one bar or less (which means you have to push them up the hills) and customer service is non-existent. Bring back Voi!

Couldn’t end my ride due to full parking - it clearly was not full my scooter was one of the neatest parked against the wall.

I then rode at 22p a minute now since I was over my 20 minutes included with my pass to another parking slot, which was also full. So I had to ride somewhere else eventually after finding free parking I was effectively charged £4 instead of £2. I asked for refund for the additional time to put their scooter in a place where there was enough space. 

They repeatedly refused! Bristol City Council should never have signed with these COWBOYS.

Dott is so helpful getting around everywhere especially when there’s traffic. However so many glitches occur making me late in multiple circumstances where some vehicles say they are there but aren’t, vehicles that are charged but aren’t, and sometimes won’t even let me unlock a scooter because payment can’t go through. It can get very frustrating

By far the worst of these companies I have used, vehicles are so poorly maintained that almost every scooter or bike you use is broken. Furthermore, the automated chat bot that you have to use to sort out these issues on almost every ride is dreadful, and couldn't be more unhelpful if they tried.
The previous company that operated them here was so much better, and I will not be using them again.

The experience is marred by the loss of random parking spaces. Travelling past where you need to be, kind of defeats the purpose of using the device.
But another problem is the P station I have not yet found, I just hope that I see another same make scooter.

Out of all the bike/scooters I’ve used in London, Copenhagen, Bristol and Oslo, this is by far the most frustrating and had the least maintained vehicles.
Customer support seems to be a badly written chat bot.
