Dough it yourself ist die ultimative Sauerteig-App für Hobbybäcker. Egal ob du dein erstes oder hundertstes Brot backst — diese App begleitet dich durch jeden Schritt, vom Füttern deines Sauerteigs bis zum perfekten Laib aus dem Ofen.

Rückwärtsplanung — Sag uns, wann das Brot fertig sein soll.
Gib einfach ein, wann dein Brot fertig sein soll, und die App berechnet rückwärts jeden Schritt: Vorteig, Autolyse, Stockgare, Formen, kalte Gare, Backen und Abkühlen. Du weißt genau, wann du starten musst und was als Nächstes zu tun ist.

Temperaturabhängige Zeiten
Gib deine Raumtemperatur ein und die App passt Gär- und Ruhezeiten automatisch an. Wärmere Küche? Kürzere Stockgare. Kühlere? Die App berücksichtigt das.

Sauerteig-Verwaltung
Gib deinen Sauerteigen Namen und Avatare, protokolliere jede Fütterung mit Verhältnissen, verfolge den Aufgang und überwache ihre Gesundheit. Mit Fütterungserinnerungen vergisst du keine Fütterung mehr.
