J'en ai essayé une trentaine et franchement, c'est la meilleure.

Elle est fiable, légère, le mode playlist est pratique.
La prise en charge des adresses de podcasts personnalisée est possible de même que l'ajout de flux privés protégés par login et mot de passe.

J'aimerai que les développeurs ajoutent la possibilité de filtrer les épisodes par mots clés  (ne pas télécharger les épisodes par mot clés), ou par durée, puisque les médias créent de plus en plus de faux podcasts publicitaires

Please, add a way to listen to "Favorite" podcasts (or put comments) in the UX and an option to display the size of the podcast in the main GUI. I got a library of 217 podcasts representing 13025 episodes (280.2 GB) on the iPhone, and I need a way to sort all this! 😊 Thanks. 😇

### ****- "Vraiment très bien application au top"
Application super complète (téléchargement automatique, hiérarchie des épisodes, recherche super bonne des podcasts…). Par contre dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de mode avec de grosses touches pour la voiture ou le vélo avec la possibilité d’avoir des signets audio (un peu comme le fait Audible). Bravo aux développeurs.

Intuitive et 100% parametrable. Sans doute la meilleure application que j’ai essayé. Seul bémol la synchronisation des épisodes  de podcasts entre les différents appareils (iPhone, iPad, Mac) laisse vraiment à désirer.

Ok, feature-wise and in a more general manner, the best podcast app I ever used. Tried many and stick to this one for 4 years now. 

If I just could wish one more feature: the possibility to ignore some podcast episode, based on words in title or episode description like “bestof” or “recap” etc.

J’aime le principe de playlist et de priorisation dans les playlists. 
Je fais du 01-important, 02-moyen, 03-bas
Downcast s’occupe de garder que 3 épisodes de chaque podcast. 
Bref c’est souple, tout est parametrable. Faut juste rentrer dans la logique de configuration. 
Ça doit faire 8 ans que j’utilise cette app. Rien à dire. Top.

I’ve been using downcast for several years on my iPhone and it is part of my daily life, particularly on the road.
These days my iPhone doesn’t have much memory left.
So I changed my settings to ´mark all for streaming’. Then every morning before leaving home I mark for download the first 5 or 6 podcasts for the day. On hearing, I decide if I’ll listen to the end or if I’ll delete the podcast and hear the next one.
Could this be automated so that I’d have, say, 1 hour downloaded in advance?

Application au top je l’utilises depuis de nombreuses années, et c’est très agréable de voir qu’elle est toujours mise à jour. 
D’ailleurs merci pour la mise à jour permettant de gérer le son depuis l’Apple Watch, cette fonction me manquait beaucoup 😁

Je cherchais un remplaçant à PodcastAddict qui n’existe pas sur iOS. Downcast s’en rapproche très fortement quand on a appris à l’utiliser. Il y a juste une fonction qui me manque, c’est de pouvoir marquer tous les épisodes antérieurs à un épisode donné comme lus. 
Avec cet option je rajoute une étoile :-)

C’est tout simplement l’application vers laquelle je reviens quand j’essaye autre chose. 

Elle est clairement plus austère  que beaucoup d’autres c’est clairement son gros défaut. 

Néanmoins quand on est abonné à beaucoup de podcasts ça devient indispensable si l’on veut s’y retrouver. 

Les priorités, les paramètres généraux de téléchargements automatiques que l’on peut changer selon chaque podcast. 

Bref tout est paramètrable et c’est intéressant. 

Bref downcast est une appli que j’utilise au quotidien et j’envisage pas de m’en passer

Je l'utilise depuis deux ans et elle fonctionne parfaitement. J'apprécie la possibilité de modifier Podcast par Podcast le niveau sonore, le nb d'enregistrements à conserver, à télécharger ou pas. Bref c'est une appli que je conseille sans réserve. ( pas traduite en français mais sans parler la langue de Shakespeare on se débrouille)
