It’s still broken. And now the app won’t even let me log in anymore, or send me an email to reset the password. How much money are they wasting on this app that they don’t bother to even check? -- ArthurDeodat, 2025-08-29 ### **--- "Spinning wheel" After typing in info on potholes & hitting “Submit,” I get a spinning wheel that doesn’t quit. As a result, I never get a confirmation number. -- Downey resident, 2024-09-12 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" So many bugs, I mainly use it for the public transit map/times and for months now it straight up doesn’t work. Geolocation is broken and says I’m too far even though I am standing next to a bus stop. The live map only shows the route, and not the live location of the busses. The schedule shows a outdated document with incorrect info. -- Obedient Friend & Angel, 2024-08-28 ### *---- "So many bugs I need an exterminator" You can’t search and then select the report because it won’t let you tap after you search. Also, when typing the report, it types in white font and I can’t see what I’m typing. I even highlighted the text so I could try to read it but somehow couldn’t read it. The app also crashed on me. -- Michael5339, 2023-01-11 ### ***-- "Ok but there are bugs" I like using this app to submit service requests (potholes, etc). However, the “check service request status” feature does not work. I cannot choose the right date to look up my original request. -- webmul, 2021-09-21 ### ****- "Beware of fake reviews" The App is good, yes. But the API and UX need a little help. Active Geolocation would help but the app gets the job done. -- Peanut butter on my balls, 2019-09-19 ### *---- "App not working, December 2018" Unfortunately the App is broken. Received errors whenever “submitting” requests and providing feedback. The Features available for reporting would be very useful, if the app worked. -- Skykid14, 2018-12-26 ### ***** "Best city app ever" I drive all over town for the type of business I'm in. I see graffiti everywhere and it drives me crazy! I downloaded all the different city apps such as Anaheim, Cypress, Southgate and Bellflower, but none of those compare to Downey's app. In the city of Downey, they really did it right! Interface is organized. All words and punctuation are correct, and the response times for clean up are amazing!! I'm really amazed with this app and the city of Downey. Really is Another kind of Beverly Hills! -- Ninehundredninetyninethousand, 2016-06-15 [View all Downey Connect reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Downey Connect Discovered Keywords - city of downey ## Downey Connect Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/united-states) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/china) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/czechia) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/spain) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/india) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/bulgaria) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/peru) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/russia) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/downey-connect-GPIe/italy) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
