## Downtime Dollars Reviews in United States

### ***** "This app is back"
For a bit in the transition things were a little rough. Now you easily earn and you get your gift cards quickly! Great changes to the app.
-- Nordysgirl1963, 2026-08-17

### *---- "Huge disappointment"
I cashed in points for an Amazon gift card months ago and never received it. Still showing pending and I tried contacting someone for assistance and got no response.
-- Love my rebates, 2026-08-04

### *---- "Hacked and they’re doing nothing"
I was hacked and waited almost two weeks for them to finally respond. They said there’s nothing they can do and claim I have multiple accounts which isn’t true and they didn’t even tell me what info would be for the other accounts. The hacker changed my email in the app to their email, drained my points and send the reward to their email (I’m assuming given what they did). I have always used only one account for this and have been a member since the beginning when it was called Dabbl. This is pretty terrible they’re treating a long time supporter like this. EDIT: The response from the developer is a straight up lie.. I did not get a response from them on Day 3 and had to keep reaching out to them. Every time I finally got a response they said my email went to “the wrong folder”. Extremely frustrated with the way they handled this. I still don’t have my points back and I no longer trust using this app.

### ***** "Love"

-- Landon1971, 2026-07-22

### ***-- "Looks like a good app"
It won’t let me use my iCloud so I can’t even get continue to work like I’m gonna be a new user but my iCloud can’t be continue so I have to delete it cuz it seems like there’s no more accounts able to get made 🙁
-- Kelsey Hinote, 2026-06-29

### ***** "Great app"
Great app, it took one year to make enough to cash out $5.
-- Phil-hg, 2026-06-20

### ***** "Satisfied, I don’t feel like I’m being scammed out of my time."
This app is refreshing compared to so many others for one huge reason… it allows you to pick a survey, follow it through to the end and then redeem the reward or points that were promised , unlike so many other apps where you are cut off 10-15 questions in and not rewarded. I don’t feel like I’m being scammed out of my time and honest input. No one likes to feel like they’re being scammed.
-- Shanmarie888, 2026-04-24

### ***** "Cash out problem"
I cannot redeem my rewards pls what is the problem thanks
-- White Egba 4792, 2026-04-03

### ***** "Good option"
Nice app to have extra money on your pocket
-- palunha, 2026-03-26

### ***** "LOVE IT"
Yes I am a real person and this is a real review cause there’s a lot of bots out there. ANYWAYS moving on, this app is amazing just today I cashed out 5 dollars for Amazon and I got the prize immediately no waiting at all! I just had to verify my account with an email and BOOM I got the gift card. This is a legit app I can confirm. THANK YOU GUYS
