The DPD app lets you arrange the best possible delivery experience. Just tell us how and where to deliver from the range of options available and we’ll do the rest.
• Personal delivery preferences - if you’re not going to be in, you can use the DPD app to make sure you can still receive your parcels. Tell us to deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place. You select your preferences and we’ll make sure we follow your instructions every time!
• 30-minute delivery alerts - we don’t want you to wait in all day so with all your DPD deliveries, we’ll let you know in advance when to expect delivery and when we are just 30 minutes away.
• Active and previous deliveries - using the DPD app you can see a list of current deliveries and track when your parcels will be with you. When we’ve delivered to your chosen safe place we’ll even send you photos of your parcel in that location for added peace of mind.
• Multiple addresses - set your work, home, or even family member’s address preference, so you can tailor your delivery experience and still get your deliveries, wherever you are in the UK.
• Driver tracking - see the name and a picture of your driver or why not track their location and find out where you are in the delivery queue. See your driver's estimated arrival time so you know when to expect your parcel.
• In flight options - when we’re on our way to you, if your plans change you can still rearrange your delivery right up until we deliver your parcel. You can instruct our driver to deliver on a different day, to a preferred neighbour, to a safe place or even to one of our 2,500 DPD Pickup shops.
• Pickup shops - if you’re collecting your parcel from a nearby DPD Pickup shop, get opening hours, your pickup pass for collection and directions from your delivery address.

DPD need to get a grip
Downloaded the app for help with an order that is already late due to the delivery driver being lazy and not even coming to the right flat. App isn’t even worth the rage I feel. Dpd are one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Never know if or when a parcel will come. Useless
Wrongly delivered parcel
There is no option on the app to report a parcel that what’s been delivered to the wrong address or indeed to send a mail or any other form of contact on the subject.
Great service and System
The shop to shop service is great Shop to address works well Charges are very reasonable
They don’t come - still waiting
I was informed they were coming 2 days ago but they didn’t turn up. Was then told they were coming today but they didn’t turn up. Why tell me to wait in all day when you don’t turn up?
Repeated delivery failures
Some DPD drivers appear to know their job. Others do not and do not care. We are now having repeated delivery failures, where the driver doesn’t even attempt to ring at the gate or follow instructions to open gate and leave in a safe place. They just can’t be bothered. The App is supposed to give you the chance to add additional instructions for a specific delivery but this doesn’t work. There is a button to turn off deliver to neighbours but that doesn’t work. DPD used to set the standards in this country but our experience now is of a shambles. Totally unacceptable.
Don’t pay premium
Reviewing company more than app hope they see this paid for a premium upgrade on delivery for today not left depot no guarantee it will arrive today

Don’t even bother, chat doesn’t work and updates are quite delayed

Driver does not receive Safe Place instructions and then cannot find it despite very clear instruction given!
Amazon parcel never get delivered
Every time I order something from Amazon and I see it’s going to be delivered DPD I get frustrated because DPD fail to deliver every time, EVERYTIME. There’s clearly some numbty at the Hinckley warehouse because it never gets by Hinckley. Another 4 days waited, another birthday ruined because DPD fail to do the only job they do DELIVER PARCELS….. get a grip of yourselves.
