Great app that I have been enjoying. I have seen some gradual improvements and expect things will improve much more with regular use. However, the app needs an option for more Discreet reminders. A blaring message telling you to do kegel exercises can be embarrassing if seen by others. As such I have had to turn of training reminders which is disappointing.

Further, there needs to be clear explanations of payment plans. There are multiple subscription tiers for different prices but it is not at all explained what you get from each price point. You just have to pick a subscription and hope it has what you want, which is completely ridiculous.

You download the app, thinking it's a free workout plan, as there is ZERO indication of any costs. 
Then you fill out some extremely personal questions, thinking, once again, that you now have a free solution to your problem.
And then once you've finished, you're notified that to get this claimed magical workout plan, you need to pay almost 2 GRAND A YEAR.
Just a reminder, you were never informed of these costs anywhere on the download page.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
