I got to admit I was a little skeptical about trying it and wondering if it would work or if I was wasting my time. I wish I would’ve started a long time ago. Even when  I was young. I think it would have still helped and just made me feel like Superman lol. I’m 43 now and after just three months, I can see a really big difference and my wife can too. Firmer and doesn’t go soft, and I last longer. No major size added, but a little because of the extra blood that’s in there it definitely feels thicker and a little longer.

I thought I was doing self taught kegel practice by myself until I found this app, then I truly knew what improvement meant in the pelvic area. I’m an athlete that moves around a lot, and this is something so foundational that working on it improved every other function in my body within a week or two. (I would refer this lot towards being balance, yes strength, but more balance for me). There is a subscription, but I would recommend the free week trial to see if you like it, theres also other trackers and elements to the app (guided meditation, scientific research data/articles, etc). Would recommend to a friend.👍🏽

I’m 57 I have always known about Kegels and how they improve sexual strength and stamina. I downloaded this app to check it out, and to be supportive I purchased a 1 year subscription. This is what I love about the app. Before finding this I would just do Kegels to exhaustion, flex and release. This app teaches a structured way of doing Kegels that’s very effective and beneficial to anyone. The key is to stay with the program like 3 to 4 times a day. Reality Kegels will make any man perform like a porn star, speaking from experience. What I’m seeing, this app is very valuable for helping anyone wanting to improve sexual performance. It’s very focused and I like that.  Excellent work on this app guys.
